I am super happy I selected what I believe, is the best pool builder in my area, all my friends and neighbors used them, so I was comfortable entering into this project with them. ***** was my sales rep, what a wealth of knowledge he had for a younger guy, he lead me down the right path without any sketchy sales tactics, and guided me where needed, I am happy to be enjoying my pool, and will continue to recommend contractors who stand behind their promises.Review from Jessica M

Custom Pools went above and beyond for us. We had ***** as the superintendent and he was amazing!! Very responsive and did great work. I would highly recommend using them. We love our poolReview from Kelly S

Our pool & spa are beautiful but we are very disappointed with service after the sale. I called about having them check for a possible problem with our "auto fill" system on the pool they installed in 2017. Since we were "out of warranty" they wouldn't send anyone on a service call.

I am just seeing this on Monday 2/28/2022, Gigi who you spoke with 2/24/2022 let me know she misunderstood your original question regarding the autofill. Gigi mentioned to me she called you back after realizing she probably misunderstood what you needed after speaking to another team member here in our office, and she called you back not too long after the first call to explain if you needed one of our team members to stop by, we could. You mentioned you had it figured out, and we let you know that if you needed us if anything else comes up to let us know, and Gigi mentioned you were happy we called back to clear up the confusion. Honestly sometimes when issues arise, the homeowner contacts us with a question that doesn't clearly depict what they may need assistance with due to not being aware of what it is, which is completely understandable, and then one of my girls in the office may be thrown off by that, seemed like an honest misunderstanding. I hope after that last call to clear the confusion, you don't still feel this way about us, we don't ever leave clients hanging without offering assistance.
