Made a purchase through the online website on April 30, 2023. Received email confirmation for the transaction. I tried calling several times to speak with customer service but the person I talk to every time will not help with any information about the order and keeps telling me my order inquiry will be passed on to customer service and they will get back with me. I have yet to receive an email about whether or not it's been shipped and so far no tracking number and no one has ever called me back about the order. The annoying part is not being able to get any kind of tracking and not getting a response back about the order.Business response

Customer Placed Order on the 30th for $15.78 for one box of nails, we contacted via email letting them know out of stock and would ship out on May 18th , requested if they would like to keep order open or cancel. Sent follow up email as well. Customer did call in a couple of times and we had missed their call. Spoke with customer today May 9th, and have agreed to keep order open for now. In the future to avoid this, we need to not rely solely on email communication in the event emails go unreceived.
