We contracted with Ralph, owner of ******* Tile, to put in a curbless walk-in shower which ended up with multiple problems. The curbless shower actually had a step going down into the shower, all the tiles they cut had multiple chips out of them. The plumber had to be called out multiple times to straighten out installation errors. ******* tile filed NO permit for their work. We hired a contractor that was licensed, insured and bonded to avoid all of the problems that occurred, but are continuing to have problems a year after the job was completed. We met multiple times with Ralph and many e-mails with his daughter *****, the office manager of ******* trying to get the problems fixed per the warranty Ralph stated he would stand by, with no resolution. In fact, Ralph stated to us that the only thing he did wrong was in not filing the permit. And when asked about not getting the curbless shower as discussed, and with regards to all the chipped tiles, loose shower head, loose light fixtures, and multiple plumbing problems - Ralph stated that this was all "normal" and we had received a show room quality, fully functional shower. We just found out that the reason the vanity light they installed was loose, was due to improperly installation with wiring that was shoved into the wall and covered with drywall mud - not in a secured junction box. For a company who touts themselves as being voted the best of Cape Coral for 20 years - shame on you. I have lots of pictures of the terrible job done in our bathroom.

Mr. & Mrs. *****, I am so sorry you feel that you had a bad installation experience with our team. From the beginning of our project with you, we went above and beyond from after hour appointments for color selection, to coming over daily to make sure all was going smoothly.

From day one, every conversation included curb-less. Your contract says curb-less. You do NOT have a curb, your shower is curb-less. You had a beautiful, fully functional, walk in shower without a curb that we would display.
You selected a very long shower arm bar for the shower head, and when they are messed with and pulled on, it can make them wobbly. We offered to come out immediately to strengthen that support for you, to which your husband was constantly confrontational and rude and hostile.

When you paid me for your job in full, you repeatedly thanked me for a "beautiful bathroom of your dreams", that you loved, and can't wait to do your floors. It wasn't until weeks later that anyone expressed any form of dissatisfaction and that you didn't get what you wanted. We are proud to be voted the best in all of Cape Coral for the last 33 years.
