We were quoted $250-$350 by owner And **** to empty septic. " ****" came out and after evaluation of **** said his truck was too full to do job. He said he would pull as much out as he could. Next morning, toilets won't flush solids down. Called ***** owner back. He said he would send someone. **** calls and says " even though I'm on my way to see my sick mother, I'm coming." Told him to send another employee. " they won't do as good a job as I do." He returned and emptied tank, exited quickly leaving concrete lids off tanks. Called ***** back. Said he'd send someone. Two days go by, we covered holes with plywood. **** finally returned with a tool/hook to cover holes. He asked if we'd pay cash... told him no. He sent " invoice" for $850 with longggg text about his deceased mother with... a pic of his mothers body being loaded into a coroners vehicle. Now, no one answers calls. Help please. Contacted this business October 24th 2022 regarding our septic tank overflowing on the exterior of our house. We were quoted initially $350 for the pumping of the waste. One employee (named ****) came out and was unable to pump it completely out due to compacted waste. He stated he would need to come back later today after a few other clients to finish the job with a excavator. **** came back at 9pm!!!! It was late and completely dark, **** he assured me it would be quick. He also brought his wife to the worksite with him... they stayed until after midnight when they finally decided to leave for the night. Upon leaving a HUGE scoop of human waste and excrement was left on our driveway. At least 6ft long and deep enough to step in. Also, while he is leaving with the truck and excavator, he gets stuck in our front lawn, which was not the route he was supposed to exit, and left large tire treads in the dirt and tore up our grass. My boyfriend assisted him and his wife getting unstuck at roughly 12:30am. The next morning we called to ask them about finishing the job, as our septic tank is uncovered and is open, as well as human excrement in our driveway. We got told that they had an emergency situation they were attempting to fix and we were next on the list. Nothing the rest of the 25th of October. 26th of October my boyfriend called to ask again about finishing the job. The response was there is an emergency and all of the workers were on time off. My boyfriend complained about the human excrement left in our driveway, in which we have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 children living. The company then had a contactor, named ****, who also is our neighbor, come to shovel the p*** out of our driveway. Now, to this day, as 29 November this company refuses to answer our calls, texts, or return my voicemail. My septic is STILL overflowing, STILL is not covered, and is STINKING HORRENDOUSLY as well as the children ages 4 and 18 months, being exposed to this.
