Dr. Lauren T***** is not fit to assess, diagnose OR TREAT ANY sick animals. Her negligence and lack of ambition, skillset, experience and genuine concern for a suffering loved one literally killed my companion pet. I spent three months and nearly $1000 repeatedly bringing my cat to this clinic (the only local clinic my pet assistance plan included unfortunately), as he continued to decline, his last visit being two days before he ceased and died a tremendously traumatic and PAINFUL DEATH in my arms. It was absolutely AWFUL -- and with all her blood tests she couldn't even manage to help his pain let alone determine a cause of infection, OR have the wherewithal to refer him out to a veternarian qualified to help us. She just kept telling me to force hydration, protein and digestive antibiotics (Flagyl for months!) into him, refusing to give him nutrients etc during my last visit despite his gums going white, skin turning yellow, one eye going crooked and a collapsing leg. HER VETERINARY LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED. As for the retail area inside the clinic, I have sat in pet pee soaked into their cushions, and in September witnessed the aftermath one morning of their multiple free-roaming 'housecats' having a widespread diarrhea episode which covered the reception desk and waiting area AND was all over the cases of retail pet food. Fecal matter on the food they SELL. DISGUSTING. I would think twice before touching anything in there; the place has got to be so filthy. I really hope that this review triggers a thorough investigation into the goings on at this clinic before any more innocent pet loved ones suffer or die at the hands of this group.

Terrible vet find something else as quick as you can run away never been to a vet that wants to know how much you can spend before they even look at your dog dealt with Dr T***** told me if I had any problems call the emergency number I tried calling her six times let it ring 22 times the first time never picked up had to take my baby to the emergency hospital and they ended up putting him down because she misdiagnosed him no wonder they're not on better Business bureau the way they treated me they should be ashamed and it was not a cheap day either ended up costing me $800 for the day pretty sorry
