The initial replacement of the cracked Busch Glass top was on 02/21/2022. After they replaced the glass top only one burner was working. They came back out on 02/25/2022 to find out what the problem was. They determined it was a bad U/I Assembly and they would have to order one and they would be back in a couple days to replace the bad one. When they did not return after a week, we contacted the office and they advised us the part was on order and it would was back ordered. I called a few days after the part arrival date and was told it was delayed another week. This kept on for over 45 days. Eventually when I called after almost 2 months the owner came online and told me not to call anymore and they would call me when the part came in. I tried to explain to him, I had called Bosch and they advised me, maybe when the glass top was replaced something may have happened during the replacement since all burner where working prior to the replacement of the cracked glass top. I tried to explain this to the owner, and I guess he thought I was questioning his experience and proceeded to tell me he had 28 year's experience. I tried to explain to him what not only what Bosch technician had told me, but also talking to a Sears technician who was an expert in Bosch Induction Glass Top Stoves. He was very rude to me and disrespectful and in a load, voice told me "Do not call us, we will let you know when the part is received." I did my own re-search and found out the part he needed to repair the stove top had been discontinued and was no longer available. I made an attempt to try to locate the part at different part outlets and even EBay, but with no success. I sent numerous emails to this business email asking the status on the part without even receiving a reply either by phone or email. Todays date is 06/24/2022 and still no word or replay on anything. I still have a copy of the open ticket on this job. This business practice is not ethical!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/28) */ We were hired to replace the broken glass that the customer purchased himself, After replacement unit had a different service issue. Part was ordered from manufacturer and while waiting the manufacturer discontinued the part. Customer was notified that part was no longer available. He refused to hear that and was told the same by Bosch USA. Unit is over 10 years old and needs to be replaced.
