      Aproximately February 14, 2024 I clicked on advert on ******** which had a video of the famous ************************* giving an endorcement for the product Full Body CBD Gummies. The endorsement was a fraud not authorized by *************************. I created an order for 30 Gummies at 2 for the price of one as well as 50% off the total price for one bottle which was shown as a total of $60 with a calue of $120 but I was fraudulently billed 4 times that amount, the intitial$60 I had agreed to was assigned to a product (capsiles) which I did not authorize and billed an additional ****** twice- once in February and again in March, 2024 for a disputed amount total so far of $259.98 for ****************** that were fraudulently doubled in price I did not authorize the additional gummies nor capsules at all and for which I expect a full refund and no future charges are authorized. Reported these disputes to my credit card company and the fraud is reported to the ****

      I had ordered a product but did not realize it was set to auto reorder. I contacted the company. They cancelled all future orders but said they could not cancel the second shipment because it had already shipped. If I am unhappy with the order when I receive it, I can request a refund and return the product. Since June I have been told my order has shipped,*** has lost my Order and they need to reorder. Due to an error on their part they cannot issue a refund, please send us your address so we can resend. Your order was on back order but we now have the product and you will receive an email with you tracking number. And last one again says *** has lost my package even though I have yet to receive a confirmation that the order shipped in Nov. I have 27 emails regarding trying to get this issue resolved with this company. If they have a money back guarantee, then why cant they issue me a refund?

      I ordered a CBD product from this company which I thought was 1 bottle(qty30) at $34.95 but shortly after I saw I was charged $260. I immediately tried to cancel the order with no success. I was able to contact them the next day on 6/14/23 explaining to them I didnt want this and cant afford it. They said I would have to receive it and ship it back to get a full refund. On 6/22 I received the package and attempted to contact them for an RMA. I sent emails and left messages on 6/22, 6/18, 6/29 and 7/3. Finally I was given the info to return and on 7/28 I sent the product **** and on 8/5 I called and they said they would only refund $190 of my money which I was ****** about. I feel I was lied to and wanted a full refund. They said they would credit my card $190 within 24 hrs. I still to this date have not received any refund. I emailed and left messages on 8/5/23 and still have not received a refund

      I purchased 4 bottles of male enhancement supplements totaling $189.99 on 6/25/23. After trying a few of these supplements without them being effective I sent 3 of the bottles back and was told I would get a full refund. After calling the company a few times they told me they only received 2 bottles. They finally refunded me $84.99.

      I purchased these "gummies" back in April and their ad said the cost would be $49 which instead I was charged $169. When I called, they said they would refund some of my money back, which I was ok with it. What they didn't tell me was that it was a recurring charge that they would charge me monthly. Once I was charged on May 23rd, I called again for a refund and to cancel the order. and was told that the order could not be canceled and that once I received the shipment, I could call back for a return authorization. After several emails over the past 2 weeks, I finally received the shipment yesterday only to be told it has been over 30 days and I can only receive half of my money back. They people are nothing but a scam!!!!!!

      I placed an order online with Full-Body CBD on 05/02/2023 in the amount of ****** After further review online I discovered that this company is a scam.I took a picture of my order confirmation showing the supposed website. (getfull-body.com)When you type the web address in, it goes to a red screen stating a warning. There is no website.I did receive the product, however, I am afraid that whoever has my financial information may compromise my bank account. (Navy Federal)I called Navy Federal and explained my situation. They cancelled my bank card to protect **** returned the product back to Full-Body CBD and followed all instructions as requested.On May 18th, Full-Body CBD sent me an email stating that I will be refunded 182.99.I have call Full-Body CBD 4 times since I returned the product and have called my bank, Navy Federal< and as of today, no money has been refunded back to my bank account. When I call **********************, they keep giving me run around stating that the refund has been issued back to me. This is not true. I can show proof that I have not received my money back.
