              Date of contract 8/18/18 Cause of Loss - Hail The cost for the job was ********* Now I have a leak on my roof, I've been trying to locate the company American Hero Construction, but there is no answer. I contacted my insurance and the suggested to file a complaint , since I still have a warranty with such company.

              I will never recommend American Hero Construction to anyone. American Hero helped me file an Insurance claim because of a roof leak and due to the age of the roof, 17 years, we needed a new roof. American Hero helped me file the claim in August 2022. November 2022 American Hero pulled the permit. December 2022 the project Manager ******************* spoke to me and said ************************ we are looking at the first week in January 2023 to put your roof on. The office should be giving you a call. The office never called. ******************* never called, never returned calls or texts. I would go to the office before, during and after business hours, but there is never anyone there.American Hero pulled my permit, then skipped town with my 9,870.22,which was the first half of my Insurance claim and my ***** deductable, and I still need a roof. my number is my name is **** and very disgruntled. I will not give American Hero a single star rating.
