I have ordered from this group twice now and each time, I guess I fell for the representative's sob story. Each time I placed an order, it was correct and I received what I paid for. This most recent time, I noticed that I did not receive a magazine and when I contacted the office, the young lady looked up my order and discovered that what I ordered was discontinued. She stated that I would receive a full refund in the mail, which I received in a reasonable amount of time.

First, I have been involved with selling magazines for the PTA with my kids many years ago and understood that it takes several weeks before my magazines arrive; even through my frequent flyer miles account.

Second, I understand that selling the magazine teaches these young representatives to be on their toes, represent the product correctly and to get the order right. While these magazines are expensive and their Operations of running this business is not as organized or efficient as it might be, I believe in giving these your sales people the experience they need to build character and to continue to operate in the work world.

I hope this is not a scam but that there is worthwhile benefits for the sales rep and that I get all of my magazines.
I hope this business does better for all the complaints they have received but that they also continue to mentor the field sales teams.
