My A/C was not working and I was referred to A/C warehouse by a friend. My Tech was ***************************. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but he was also very quick at fixing my AC. I will definitely be calling them again for future issues.

Very helpful. Addressed the problem and found issues to be addressed at a later time.

Terrible!! Terrible experience!! Aug of 2022 purchase a brand new AC unit for $5200, They voided my warranty in under one year. The unit was full of water, and leaking, and the unit is molded and rusted. The new manager refuses to fix or replace the unit and insisted to purchase a UV light, to clean the mold, for another $2,000. And that is not guaranteed to fix it. I'm 81 years old and living on fixed-income income. Paying payments to a credit card company for a rusted and water-leaking one-year-old AC unit

I will review only the facts of my service from AC Warehouse. I called at 430 p.m. and was told they could get out that night, but it would be a higher charge, we agreed. They called back and said they could not make it till possibly the next day. We had to call them twice before being told we would get serviced shortly after noon. At 430 a.m., technician showed up. Proceeded to reset system as it had been shut down by the float switch shutoff activating. Tech offered to sell me a $279 float switch which cost $24 on Amazon. We declined. 10 minutes after tech left, water started backing up in our drip pan. Called again and left message that he did not fix the issue. AC Warehouse never called us back the next day until we got a text at 243 p.m. indicating the same tech was on his way. Based on their poor service, we had called another company so we cancelled the assumed service call from AC Warehouse. The other company unclogged the condensation line, charged me $39, and the problem was fixed. I sent email with this information to AC Warehouse requesting response and refund on $89 service charge which did not service the real issue, merely gave the tech an opportunity to try and sell a $24 part for $279 which wasn't even faulty. Have had no response from AC Warehouse. Very sad, pitiful and dishonest of AC Warehouse to not fix/service when they were paid, try to sell something that was not needed, and has continued to have poor to little communication. Beware if you use them.

We called AC Warehouse to look at our AC system on Monday. We had a report on what needed to be done with a quote for the work the same day. Once we agreed on a price for the new installation, it was completed by the next day. The installers arrived on time, and worked through the entire day until the system was in, safety checked, and working. They kept us informed as they went along, and spent time to answer our questions before leaving. O'ryan, *******, and ***** were respectful to us and our property. This was a great experience, and we are glad we made the decision to go with this company.

We've been with A/C Warehouse for a while now. We're very happy with the technicians and customer service. We always receive great service every time.
