      Hello, my complaint is that I cant seem to contact this company New Leaf Moving to talk with them about my deposit of $7000 that we placed with them in on December 5, 2022 to hold a place for us for a future move. The person we placed this order with is *****************************. ****** had told us back in December 2022 that if we needed to cancel we would get our deposit refunded. The phone number does not work and I havent from anyone by email. My husband passed away 2 weeks ago and I need that money returned. I dont think I will be moving now and I dont know now if I ever will. I have all the documents sent by New Leaf. Thank you

      Move happened in October 2022. Green Leaf originally set me up with a move by *********************** and then switched overnight to Instant Movers out of *******. Immediately, the head mover claimed my household amount estimated at **** cubic ft would be actually **** cubic feet. He showed up in a truck that was only **** cubic feet but still decided to commit to getting everything on the truck. He then wasn't able to load the furniture contained in a **** sq ft rental home and all but furniture was boxed up. He was obviously high on something and spent 5 hours Came back the next morning (later than arranged by 1 hour) and proceeded to take another 5 hours to load the rest of my furniture. He loaded part of my furniture on the tailgate of the truck and then proceeded to say he would have to leave some items that wouldn't fit on the truck. A Dyson vacuum cleaner and a cat tower valued at $600 were among the miscellaneous items that wouldn't fit. When I complained, he told me that he would just unload everything into my driveway if I didn't shut up. Meanwhile, he charged me an additional $2K over and above the approx $6K committed and paid. This was bad but it gets worse.On the other end of the move, I was met with a real treat. Driver came alone and three other people arrived to support moving in the furniture. Obviously, these folks were not trained movers. Also, I checked the trailer for the cubic feet of my furniture and it was was well within the **** cubic feet though I was charged for ****+. Then the driver sat in his cab while day laborers showed up to unload the truck. They caused significant damage to the wood floors which resided in most of the house. They or previous movers broke furniture (first time in 6 moves that this has happened). Master bed, master dresser, handmade bookshelf made by my father, and coffee table were broken and I have large scrapes on a lot of my furniture and they broke dishes and bowls by not treating them carefully.

      I hired this company to move me from ** to ** and come to find out they are a broker. This company hided behind several names. I spoke to *** and he agreed to have my move done by 1/10/23, telling me that the drivers can drive up to 500 miles a day. The company they contracted stole my property and I have no item what to do.

      I enter an a agreement with Green leaf moving company on August 23,2022 to move my furniture and boxes from ********* **.to ***** ******* on August 28,2022 , when the moving truck arrived the ******* stated the the furniture was too big he was told it was only to cover 750 sq ft. and he wasn't going to honor the contract.So So Green Leaf moving company calls me and states that I only have have 750 sq ft to load my furniture which was less than half what the agreement was to be transported.I had no knowledge of 750 sq ft of space or what they were talking about.So instructed them to honor the contract or refund my money and they refunded.

      Movers quoted one price then changed it 2 times while they had our things. Costly antiques were broken as things in our new house. They did not put things into the rooms they supposed to as we paid extra. They left boxes in our yard instead of bringing the house.

      Job# GXXXXXXX I scheduled a move from Buffalo, NY to San Rafael, CA through "Green Leaf". The move was scheduled for 27th/28th of July. The movers never contacted me anytime before the move. On 28th July, "Hope" from their team contacted me and mentioned that unfortunately they could not find a carrier for my move, and would be ready to provide refund for me. I immediately dropped them an email to the team about the discussion I had with "Hope" and asked the team to provide me the refund. But, till this point, I have not been provided with any refund. I understand that, as per the contract, the company is not obligated to guarantee the move. But, what is the purpose of confirming the refund in the call? Had they not confirmed the refund, I would have considered the move through "Green Leaf" itself. Because of their confirmation, I immediately found another mover shelling out additional 2200 bucks. All I request BBB is to help me by obtaining refund back from Green Leaf. Thanks

      I hired Green leaf Moving and Storage for a long distance move. They called me on 8/12/2021 told me they would be at pickup on 8/13/XXXX XX-Xpm. So I flew in for the move. I waited 7 hrs they never showed. I had multiple recorded conversations with them stating they were on way and 30 min out. Still no show. Next day when they came they could not fit my items from inventory they had. They could not fulfill my move and refused a refund. The mover that came on 8/14/2021 said estimate was extremely incorrect by 100%. They will tell you they have 2 days no matter what they schedule. That is not what contract states. They still had their 2 days but are definitely in breach of their contract. After further looking at reviews this is something happening to many other citizens. I would like to also receive my refund as well as them being investigated. I am on able to download the documents for support on this but would be more than happy to provide them if you can give me another way

      We hired a "Green leaf moving and storage company" to transfer our belongings from California to Ohio. All the promised waiting time deadlines have passed, but our belongings have not yet been delivered and no one knows their location. Every time when we called the company they told to us that they have no information and they will call us back, but they never do it. The movies pick up our belongs at Mya21 and should be delivered in 21 days. I just spoke with this company today and they still have no information where our belongs and when it will be delivered to us.

There are a lack of trucks and lack of laborers due to high payments for unemployment. We have been in communication with this customer and spoke with them as recent as yesterday. The last note reads as follows- 06/22/2021 12:36:14 PM **** Spoke with *** today in dispatch - the shipment is in Chicago IL and they are working on getting her items to her by next week Svetlana is aware and waiting If the movers are outside of their legal window for delivery they will pay out a daily late fee based of the parameters of their tariff's.
