My wife and I cannot give enough praise to this company and to ******** Mangini specifically. We had reached the end of our ropes with our previous nationwide well-known carrier whose Rx plan more than doubled without notice. Combine that with shoddy billing which left us with their cashing checks but not applying them to our bills. It was a nightmare. We were referred to ******** who within two hours had us set up with new companies at much much lower monthly rates, far better coverage, and cheaper co-pays. Outstanding service!

Wow, this shark was the most knowledgeable and professional Medicare Insurance Agent Ive dealt with! Living in an over 55 active community on the Treasure Coast (*************), we are Medicare targets for marketing and have met with 5 agents since 2021 that were all time wasters, recommending plans that did not meet our needs. Had a disagreement with the last agent at the end of a 90 minute meeting in which he recommended a regional HMO advantage plan because it would be free. After explaining for the 5th time we were snowbirds and those plans were unacceptable, he then asked that (since we told him at the end of the meeting we were not buying from him, I was going to do the work to make our own decision) to put him down as our agent anyhow because it would not be any sweat off our back, and he would still get a commission for the time he spent with us. He actually had the ***** to ask us to unethically reward his incompetence. Listening to what we wanted didnt seem to enter the minds of the agents involved in our parade of failed meetings. Talked to a friend about our dilemma and he highly recommended **** and his company. It doesnt matter we no longer live in South *******, they are state licensed ( in many states) and could and did help us without an hour sales pitch on products we didnt want.If you are looking for a hassle free, extremely knowledgeable agent, I recommend you call them first!

I have dealt with Rosemary but my partner also consulted with Nick. My partner, my mother and I all are very happy with our experience with the Manginis. Everything is explained, questions are answered and an especially high level of service exists after insurance policies are purchased.
