      In January of 2023 I hired Accurate Pavers to install Hardscape tiles on my lanai and do a pool remodel. The work began in January 2023 and continued into April 2023.After the install, I started noticing areas of the grout that had fallen out, started chipping and in some places started shrinking. In May, they sent someone out who addressed the grout that had fallen out on the perimeter, but it was pouring rain when they were here and they weren't able to do any other areas. Since then, these issues have only gotten worse and despite numerous calls, emails, text messages and repeatedly sending more photos, they have yet to fix the grout issues. On March 29, **************************************************************** July '23, I sent photos to ***** at Accurate pavers showing the rust that had formed at the top and bottom of both new handrails. With no response, in September I followed up with my project manager, ***********************. In October they removed the handrails and said they were going to powder coat them again. What was returned to me was a patched up job that looked horrible. Globs of paint had been put over the rusted areas and there was gobs of paint on the sides of the rail as well. Not acceptable when you just paid $2500 for new handrails. Since then there have been more emails, text messages, photos being sent and phone calls. In January '24, **** told me they were working on a warranty request, but my subsequent attempts to contact **** have been ignored.At this point I am fed up with the run around I've been getting for the past year. I paid them $36,228.28 (final payment was on 5/4/23), and no one at Accurate Pavers is taking these issues seriously! So not only does this company do shoddy work, but they don't stand by their work and take responsibility for post installation issues.

      Good Morning,

      We have received this complaint and looking through our notes in our system and the last contact we have is dated 9/13/23 and we went to do some warranty repairs on 9/27 with pics from that date as well. Unfortunately, this is something I was not aware of until this morning as again the customer has not called after that warranty repair on 9/27/23? I will be calling our customer myself today and will report back about our conversation thereafter.

      PO #*******JD Service performed on 3/15/2023 $6,788.29 Down payment of ******** New pavers installed around the pool in the Lanai The installation was well executed Accurate committed to "Pick up all job-related debris and leave job site clean The site was poorly cleaned. There was much debris from sawing of pavers. Much of this cement debris was discharged directly into the pool. I had to hire a pool service to vacuum the pool and needs to come back next week to finish the job Accurate did finally send their team lead for a thorough cleaning and they performed this well.Lastly, my driveway is unusable because Accurate has not picked up a skid of excess pavers and a stack of skids. Our company is forced to park in the clubhouse parking lot overnight. It will be one week tomorrow and no sign of the truck despite daily contact with Accurate personnel.Accurate did a good job on the difficult work of installation. Their lack of care for my property is troubling. I have yet to speak with anyone at Accurate who embraces excellence in the customer experience. I cannot figure out who fundamentally cares about the customer. Sad. I have taken numerous photos but cannot download. What is clear is that I will not pay the balance until I speak to someone in charge.

      First of all ************ states how great of a job we did with a difficult installation. Yes we live in SWFL where our industry is somewhat overwhelmed with the work load from all of the new people moving to our area and then toss a category 5 storm into the mix.Looking through pictures of job yes there was some sand that got into the pool which cannot always be prevented but do our best to minimize but he elected to have it cleaned himself as we do offer that service. We truly value our customers and do all we can for things to go smooth and that doesn't always go perfect. We had some trucking issues which ************ was made aware of from his project mgr ****. Everything was taken care of and balance was paid on 3/24/23 which is 4 days after the job was marked completed, and invoiced which is happened to be the day after complaint was received. Most importantly at the end of the day he loves his new paver pool deck and unfortunately took a bit longer to get last couple of items. We apologize everything did go perfect but certainly do not think for one second we deserved this formal complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response understates the lack of care shown by your personnel regarding the cleanup. It was egregious as evidenced by images I would be pleased to provide. I am not interested in compensation. If customer satisfaction is truly your objective, the respondent will spend 20 minutes listening to my particular experience rather dismissing it out of hand based on personnel put on the defensive by involvement of the BBB.

      We, ******************* Condo, entered into a contract with Advanced Pavers for the installation of two brick walkways. Ive been trying to reach the company to setup a site visit to discuss several issues we have concerns over. Ive both called and email several times leaving a request for the visit. To this day, I still have not received and return emails or calls. I even went to the office asking for a call back again with no response.
