On 5/7/2021 I ordered 1 bottle of their CBD gummies to help stop smoking. They sent me 5 bottles and charged me $184.00 dollars. This is not what I agreed upon at all. After I called them to get an explanation, I was sent a return label 7/2/2021 and promptly returned the items. I have the tracking confirmation from USPS that Wellbeing labs received my package. I never received my refund. I called the 844 number multiple times. No one ever answered my calls and now the phone # doesn't work. Where do I go from here?Initial Complaint

Purchased CBD gummies May 2021. I have my receipt (attached). Order number XXXXX. Paid $184. Spoke to a customer service rep late June who suggested I mail the product back since it wasn't working and I would receive a refund. I spent $18 mailing the product back and my tracking information said they received it on July 15. Ever since then I have called multiple times, sent emails and posted things on their Facebook page and I have no refund and no reply back. Now their phone number doesn't work. I have 844-948-0811. They had a money back guarantee and did not honor it. I was told on the phone by a person who answered the line to mail the product back and I will get a refund.Initial Complaint

Well Being Labs advertised diabetic medicine on my wife's cellphone which she ordered for me. I asked her to cancel the order which she did immediately on Aug. 18, 2021. On Aug. 19, 2021, I noticed a charge of $184.00 on my checking account from Well Being Labs. I immediately called them to leave a message to remind them that we had cancelled the order. I notified my bank and they credited me $135.00 on Aug. 24, 2021 at which time I notified Well Being Labs they stiil owed me $49.00. Two days later a package arrived from Well Being LABS which I took unopened to my Post Office who put an R on the package and placed on the cart for UPS delivery. On Oct. 8, 2021, I noticed a reversal from the bank and I WAS CHARGED the $135.00 which means Well Being Labs has charged me $184.00 for nothing since I returned their package un-opened. I was told at the bank that their investigation with well being labs had been settled without my being consultedInitial Complaint

I received 6 bottles of Well Being CBD gummies. I decided I did not want this product because in their advertising, they did not disclose the high sugar content, and the low content of the actual CBD oil. I am diabetic, so the sugar content is a great concern. I returned my order, and it is now November 2021, and I have not heard anything back from Well Being Labs.Initial Complaint

I ordered well being labs gummies on 7/21/2021. . I received the package on 7/26/2021. I began taking the gummies and after about a month, started having very bad stomach issues. I have trouble digesting wheat and it turns out that this was one of the main ingredients. After realizing they were causing my stomach problems, I sent them my first email on August 24th asking what I had to do to return. This was within the window of returns b/c my package contained a note saying not to return within 30 days but to wait 60 days because of new covid related policy regarding returns. I sent many more emails and tried calling them. I never had one word of response to my question of how to return. I was charged $283.93. I told them that I had to return. b/c of the health problems I was having. I disputed the claim with my credit card company and recently received a letter from them saying that information provided by well being labs showed I had not followed their policy of return. I would have happily sent them back if anyone had told me how to do that. I asked for a RMA and was never given the information. Please help me. It doesn't seem right to be forced to pay for a product that made me sick and which I tried to follow their return procedures but never was responded to. Thank youInitial Complaint

I received an order of 10 bottles of CBD gummies for $283.95 on June 20, 2021. I have cancer and have pain issues, however, what I noticed about this particular product was the high amount of sugar on the bottom of the bottles and made a decision to return the product. I haven't eaten sugar for a year and a half. I called the phone number on the receipt and left a message (no one ever answers this phone) no called me back. Additionally, the receipt had a disclaimer on the bottom stating that "due to covid-19 should you choose to return the gummies there may be a slight delay in crediting your account". I returned the product on July 1, 2021. This company knows the USP tracking numbers drop out of their system in 60 days so they can "cheat" people out of their funds. I only have Ray, counter postal employee and my bank statement as proof of the return.Initial Complaint

Advertised $39 for gummies to stop smoking, immediately my credit card was charged $184 and $99.95. I called my card company within minutes and reported I did not authorize these dollar amounts, nor did I get a receipt or a confirmation before completing the transaction. I have called and left messages numerous times. Upon receiving the package, I returned, without even opening or looking at the products. I will not try a products I was fraudulently charged almost $300, a far stretch from the $30 that was offered!Initial Complaint

Order # XXXXX placed 5/24/21 for five bottles of 600mg Wellbeing gummies for $184.00. Two days later, price online was much cheaper ($109.97). Contacted Wellbeing. $80.00 credited back to me. Items received on 6-2-21. I opened one. Ingredients were basically sugar. I obtained an RMA # XXXXXXX to return 4 unopened bottles and mailed them back on 6-8-21. To date, have not received a credit back to my credit card. I have called 844-948-0811 3 times and left voice mails over the past several days. To date, i have not received any responses via phone, text or email, and my credit card has not been credited with my return.Initial Complaint

Some months ago, I placed an order for CBD products from WellBeing Laboratories, 23616 Via Carino Ln, Bonito Springs, Fl 34135. I thought I was placing a single order, but my credit card has been billed $63.75 four times per month and $111.19 once per month each billing period since. I received 1 shipment of the products but no more. The phone # on the product bottle is *************** Calls to this # will not go through. My bill lists (for example): 8/19. MSFT * ********** **************** That is Microsoft's phone #. I have and will pay for what I've been billed so far. But I want to CANCEL further billing and orders that never come. Can you help? Thanks so much! ******* ******
