On Mon, April 15 2024 **** and I schedule an appointment for an estimate of pool surfacing at approximately 12pm. **** arrived almost 2 hours late and did not have the courtesy to call. Once **** arrived he quickly inspected my pool and began estimates of work. **** stated that the removal and installation of pool tiles would cost $3500. **** then stated that I may need further work on my pool surface as it may have leaks. Already, his actions were suspicious. **** also stated that I would need to replace the skimmer. **** never inspected the skimmer and stated that it would cost $1500 for a replacement. It appeared that **** became upset as I had questions regarding the job. We are now at $5000 and, **** has never mentioned the reason for his visit as it was to resurface my pool. **** walked away after 2-3 minutes and stated to send my e-mail address for the written estimate. After waiting 2 weeks I have yet to receive a response from ****. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Lakeview Pools as you most likely in my opinion will regret it. Good luck!

Professional, professional, professional. If you are looking for a pool renovation company that gets back to you, shows up when they say they will and does a beautiful job, than Lakeview Pool is the company you need to call. **** and his crew did an amazing job. Work was clean and beautifully done. **** knows his business. He helped us pick the correct type of tiles and finishes for the pool so that it would look amazing. How do you comment on a person that shows up and redoes a pool railing because it was not perfect and that is what he does. He does perfection. He is easy to work with and does not add things that other company's do, like if this is not right the cost will be higher. He gives an estimate that is all inclusive. He knows his business an it shows when the fob is complete. Five stars are not enough for this mans work and work ethic.

I wish there were 10 stars so that I could give an even higher review - this company is fantastic! When an inspection for our new home revealed serious problems with the in-ground pool, I searched for a pool expert to give us a clear assessment of the repairs that would be needed. At 9:00 pm I left emails and voice messages with a few companies, figuring I'd hear from someone the next morning. Instead, ****, the owner of Lakeview Pools, called me back himself, at 9:10 pm!!! Not only did he get back to me that evening, but he also carefully read the inspection report, called me back that same evening, and gave us a solid understanding of the renovation we should anticipate. AND he gave us excellent advice regarding other repairs based on the inspection report. His advice was spot-on. Once we closed on the house, **** met with us, outlined the pool renovation we needed, and proceeded with the pool reno within a few days of our conversation. His pricing was fair, and I can't sing his praises highly enough! **** was very hands-on, showing up at our pool and supervising the job himself. When we had to be out of town, he sent us daily updates and photos showing the issues his team addressed, and how each problem was dealt with and repaired, so that we would have a worry-free pool. Everyone on his team seems to have the same work ethic: they all worked hard, and I can honestly say that **** and his team are true masters of the trade they are perfectionists who take pride in their work. When some surprises arose that were not anticipated, **** did the additional work without complaint, and without ever asking for any additional payments. The team completed our pool renovation on schedule, leaving us with a gorgeous pool we will enjoy for many years to come. **** is a true professional who holds himself and his crew to the highest standards. We couldn't be happier, and I am delighted to give **** and everyone from Lakeview Pools the highest recommendation.
