      6/7/2024 ordered (see email invoice pure text format and also Outlook format)Order wasn't manufactured at the time b/c I wasnt sure I was going to fix/repair my tub but after many weeks I finally fixed things so that I wanted to have the cover, and I let BeyondNice know to move forward.8/1/2024 order shipped The issue is that while the cover was fit to the size requested, the ***** which hangs down past the cover (about 3") "cuts in" on all 4 corners so that when the cover closes over the shell, it gets folded over itself between shell and cover instead of going straight down (see Pics) to hang over the corner as it should. This is a real drag on daily usage. The company offers a solution called "Split corner skirt" for $24 add-in: "Split corner skirts help prevent the skirt folding under the cover and leaking heat". The problem is as a consumer theres no way to know this is something that I would need, it wouldnt even cross my mind. If you look at the pictures, you'll see that the skirt cuts in at the corners instead of going straight down. The skirt doesnt follow the same vertical line as the cover above it, b/c if it did, then this wouldnt be an issue. All they needed to do was say the following, which I told them when I raised my complaint: "Tubs which flair/taper out at the top, ever so slightly (i.e. .5 inch) could be a candidate for this feature. Here is an example picture". If they said that, that would have immediately flagged to me that my tub could be a candidate. Instead they just assume people would know this, but as consumers how would we know this, this is for them to educate us as experts in *********** as far as I am concerned, this is a manufacturing DEFECT b/c the skirt pulls inward at the corners, the pictures show this clearly.They offered to fix it by doing the cutting of the skirt corners, but I would have to pay shipping back which I dont think I should have to pay for.******************************************************************

      Seller has been communicating directly with buyer, to resolve this issue. All the pictures indicate the buyer ordered the cover too small to fit his hot tub correctly. We offered the idea of cutting the skirting in the corners as a work around. However, the only proper fix would be to order another cover, just larger so it fits. We show the attached pic on our web site, where the buyers enter their measurements, so they know exactly how to measure for the skirting to hang properly. This buyer did not follow this method. Per buyer's request, we have offered to send a replacement panel to help with the situation at our hard cost. As of 9/6, we are waiting to hear more from buyer. Best, BeyondNice Hot Tub Covers

      I have taken a step of cutting the skirt on all 4 corners, though not "recommended" by the company, it was an option given. I am currently evaluating the results.

      I am still going back and forth with the manufacturer. Keep in mind I am busy and not always checking my emails and so I may not respond to your emails or their emails right away but I do get to it. I just sent them an email

      Paid for 2 foam inserts, they only sent 1. What can I do with 1/2 of a hot tub cover? I've repeated asked for ****** to send, I've disputed it with my credit card but am still out $$$. Please don't close out this review....consumers need to know about how this company operates. Citibank said BeyondNice is used to fighting these types of credit card disputes, that they do this all of the time.

      I paid BeyondNice $341 for 2 pieces of hot tub cover foam. I only received one, ****** told me for weeks he would send the other piece that it was his mistake. He never sent it, so I've paid for a product that i haven't received.
