We bought a 360 swivel lift in 2014. The quality and workmanship is outstanding and the lift is beautiful. It has withstood the test of time and there have been no performance issues. We've even replaced the ** and ** Lift was most helpful in putting us in touch with a service tech with whom they were comfortable (assured the install would be properly done). Any time we've had questions, the response has been almost immediate. We recently needed to replace the remote; emailed and *** (who works on Saturdays!!) immediately responded. Excellent customer service/care is a hallmark of ** Lift Cabinet and we heartily recommend them if you're interested in purchasing a ** lift that will be a beautiful addition to your home.

Cabinet quality and customer service are good, but 'easy returns' is far from the way I'd describe that process. We tried to return and exchange the original cabinet we ordered because it doesn't fit with the room, but it turns out you have to totally coordinate the process yourself (researching companies to package/palletize, dock-to-dock ship, etc.)- and it costs anywhere from $1000-$1500. The company I found who offered to do everything themselves quoted me just over $1400 (before taxes), and the only hope of bringing total cost closer to $1000 is to call and coordinate multiple vendors. It was a substantial headache. Unless you're absolutely positive the piece fits & coordinates, be prepared for major effort & costs to return or exchange.TVLiftCabinet Inc Response

I am sorry you are unhappy with our well posted returns policy and our offer to accept the return although well outside of our policy date. Our policies are clearly stated online and clearly printed on your receipt. The return would have been at no charge had you rejected the cabinet at the time of delivery. Our delivery team would have wrapped it back up and returned it to us. I can only imagine it must have been difficult to find a company to return the cabinet from the 12th floor of a high rise condominium.
We always recommend to customers that they measure before purchasing any furniture. I wish we could have done more but I think you will agree that myself and staff went above and beyond trying to meet your cabinet needs.
