    I subscribed for their services, but they required me to take additional steps and sign up with another company for my credit reports. I decided to cancel same day. No work was done whatsoever. I sent 2 emails asking them to cancel my subscription, as I did not want to sign up for more services with another company- they ignored my request and keep pinging my card for payment daily. They are calling me multiple times a day, and will not cancel my subscription and keep calling and trying to charge me- while also doing NO WORK.

    **** ***** signed up for services with Sky **** on 3/14/2025. At that time, she was provided the option for free credit reports through a partnership we have with **************. She completed the enrollment process with ************** to obtain her credit reports, however, she needed to take one more step with ************** to verify some information by calling their customer support contact phone number. **** ***** did not take the additional step needed to obtain the credit reports free of charge from **************, so Sky **** provided her with an alternative site to choose from if she chose to go that route. The call attempts from Sky **** were regular follow up calls to offer assistance in obtaining her credit reports, however, we were never able to reach **** ***** via phone. At the time of this complaint, we have received no cancellation requests for **** ***** via our *************************** email address as shown in the attached screenshot of **** ******* Sky Blue Credit file. However, we have processed a cancellation of her file at this time per **** ******* request via the BBB complaint.

    I went on this companys website two times to cancel my subscription. Two times. There is no option to cancel your subscription- It did not even recognize my account so I opted for the contact us option in which I contacted them. Two times I requested to cancel my subscription. It should not be that hard nor should I have to jump through hoops trying to find emails in order to cancel a paid subscription. This company makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription to the point I had to file a complaint in order to do so. That is unacceptable behavior for a company.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I went on this companys website two times to cancel my subscription. Two times.     In November 2023 I signed up with sky blue credit services to try and get inaccurate and wrong information removed from my credit report. I didn't receive any updates and I was charged $74.99 monthly until I canceled the account in March 2024. I reached out to them and begged them to return my money because they couldn't provide any proof of any work being actually done. I've waited since March and I have reached out to them on multiple occasions via email and calls. I will be filling a lawsuit because of this.

    ******************************* signed up for Sky Blue Credit repair services on 11/14/2023. ******************** first payment of $79.00 was initially declined on the due date of 11/21/2023; however, we were able to process it successfully on 11/27/2023. This initial charge was for the first work fee to establish ******************** file, the analysis of his credit report, a phone consultation as needed regarding his dispute candidates, and his recommended credit score improvement tips. This did not cover his first round of dispute letters as we post-bill for our services. We were able to begin the disputing process for **************** on 11/29/2023 which included sending out credit bureau dispute letters as well as creditor intervention letters. We attempted to process Mr. ******* $79.00 monthly payment on 12/21/2023 which was to cover the work that was completed on 11/29/2023; however, the payment was declined.We attempted to collect the past due balance of $79.00 with no success and closed out Mr. ******* file for non-payment on 1/19/2024 per our cancellation procedure for non-payment. **************** contacted Sky Blue Credit by telephone on 1/29/2024 and requested that his file be re-opened with the next payment date set for 2/3/2024 so that we could continue with the services as normal. As requested, Mr. ******* file was re-opened, and payment was collected on 2/3/2024 for the work that was completed on 11/29/2023. ****************** next set of dispute letters was sent out on 2/7/2024, which were delayed by 1 business day due to a system error, so Sky Blue Credit offered to waive ****************** March payment completely to make up for the error. **************** contacted Sky Blue Credit by telephone on 2/28/2024 to request a cancellation of services. At that time, **************** did not request a refund of any payments. In addition,according to our phone and email records, there has been no contact from *************** by phone or email since the date of his cancellation on 2/28/2024. If any additional information is required, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.

    I requested a refund for my $99 due to Sky Blue Credits 90 guarantee refund policy. I signed up for their services around Sept 13,2023. I was not satisfied with their services, my credit report was not updated at all. I had 4 negative items, 2 out of the 4 were old accounts that shouldve been removed but wasnt. It was a waste of my $99. And the credit bureaus even sent me notifications that they wasnt going to respond to any 3rd party requests to dispute items on my behalf unless Sky **** provided them with my written permission in which they didnt. This company is clearly charging people for credit repair services knowing that the credit bureaus will not respond to 3rd parties. I want my money back.

    Our apologies for the delayed response regarding this matter. At the time of ******'s cancellation request, it was discussed that her first round of credit bureau dispute letters had not yet completed and that the letters that she received from the credit bureaus were stall-tactic letters and have no bearing on the actual outcome of the disputes sent to the credit bureaus. We do everything within the laws of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act. In addition, we make our customers aware at the beginning of our program that these stall-tactic letters will be received by them during the duration of the credit repair program. A refund of the $99 charge was processed on 10/20/2023 and ******'s file was cancelled as requested in a timely manner.
