    Back in 2023 my car was involved in a crash. I took my car to ******** Guys of Pontiac now they have changed their name to ******** Icon Pontiac. The address is 1556 *********************************. Phone number is ************. The person I was dealing with is Junior. to have my car repaired. It took them 4 months before I was able to pick my car up. Once I picked my car up I told them that my front headlight still wasn't working. They kept giving me the run around. I told them that I had to go away to prison for a few months and they assured me that when I got home they would fix my car. They had already been paid by my insurance company even though they knew that they had not repaired my car properly. When I got home July ********************************************************************* I took it to them and they stated that they would have to order the part. I have still been waiting for the part in the meantime I keep getting stopped by the police because I only have one working headlight and in the state of ******** it is against the law to drive at night with only 1 headlight. I have been in constant contact with the Collision Shop but once again they keep giving me the run around....so I am bringing my complaint to the BBB.

    INVESTIGATIVE RECOVERY SERVICES is using illegal tactics to try to get money from a loan I know nothing about. I called them back to ask them what was this about. So, when they ask me for my SSN, I refuse to give it to them. They stated that since I refused to give them my SSN, legal papers will be served to my location
