I was a customer of Infinite Beauty in their store in Santa Clara, CA, for several years. I bought a package that included facials and replacement products for five years. It was all good until they closed the store one day and simply disappeared from view - no responses to my calls or requests for service. I still have 3+ years left on the contract, but no way to get what was promised -- a very expensive lesson!

This company is fake and not truthful to customers, I called after 45 minutes of purchase to cancel, after I explained I need to return the items she said hello cant here you , then I called my credit company and started the dispute and they suggested I go to the store and return the items, they were closed , I mailed the items and have a tracking number and it shows they received it , but they say they didnt receive the items

I went to this store Apeiro, infinite beauty, at **********************************. I got "handle " by 3 different sales person and I got shown a device, and I got cut in the moment and spent ****** , bought the device after I got home, I felt I need it to return it, next day they were closed and I went on Sunday, they refuse the return, no return in their policy, then I asked to exchange for a more affordable device which are on line, they still refused.I feel cheated, perhaps because I am old, they thought they could do this.

On April 19, 2022, I purchased beauty products from the Infinite Beauty store at **************************************************************. The sales manager to return for a free facial treatment. On April 20, 2022, I came back for me free facial treatment. After my free facial treatment, I was pressured by the sales manager, ********** to buy additional beauty products and future in-store facial treatments. I was also pressured to contact my credit card lenders for a credit line increase. By the end of my appointment, I had a credit card debt of $32,000.00. I was also informed by the manager, that I had an additional credit card debt of $23,000.00 for future in-store facial treatments. The beauty products that would be used for my future in-store facials cannot be removed from the store. I have requested to cancel the $23,000.00 debt for the future in-store facial treatments. The sales manager stated that this is not possible.What kind of financial action can I make to help me recover from this exorbitant purchase of $23,000.00?What are my financial rights?I now feel, I was conned into making my unrealistic purchase.I will be appreciative for any advice or solution that could help me in my financial dilemma.
