I keep having trouble contacting infinite beauty. The social media pages didn't work, calling doesn't work, the e-mail form on the website forms went unheard. I had filed a complaint previously how I had purchase $2,000 worth of facials from a package but had been trouble claiming any of them because it has been impossible to schedule an appointment. I was offered to exchange the certificates for products before but then I haven't heard back.

I made 2 purchases from Infinite Beauty, both in 2018: July 14th for $4463.47, and on June 6th for $3266.10. That grand total comes to $7729.57. Those purchases promised a lifetime supply of goods, and a finite amount of specific services in their salon. However, shortly after making these large purchases, the salon moved. Twice (I think, but definitely once). And they moved farther away from me. And then the pandemic, to which their response was to close their *** location. Since sometime in 2019, their website has said, "A new beauty experience coming soon! ********, ** | **************." Then I call, but no one answers, and the ** is too full to leave a message. So I leave messages via their website and send emails, but they, too, go unanswered. So I am unable to get any goods, and their is no salon for me get my services. I am tired of waiting for there to be a *** location, as it doesn't seem to be happening and I've been waiting for years! I can't reach anyone, so I'm left to try here or Small Claims Court, which might be my next move. Amex won't help, and I don't know what else to do. They promised me goods and services and are not providing. I want my money back.

03-18-2022 went in for a free consultation at Infinite Beauty ******************** *********** ******** Sales Rep talked me into putting a down payment of $1086 for a series of facial services, after leaving the store I decided not to move forward with this service. I disputed it on my credit card and have also went into the store where the regional manager had me fill out a refund form - this was done on 5-8-22, to date this merchant keeps rejecting my dispute and is not refunding my money. Please help in this matter

I am a Black Card Holder since 2015 -2016. I joined via the store at Roosevelt Field Mall, Log Island NY. This meant I will get my products for free for 20 years, I was guaranteed. Even moving to Belgium late 2016 was no problem: I ordered and received products until August 2020. Last January I ordered new products. I was approached by a person Inbal Vardi from Premier Retail Group to confirm my account. This was done and I was told a person from Infinite Beauty, Galia Houria would take care of my order. This was January 12th, 2022. Despite numerous reminders to that person Galia, Inbal Vardi and costumer service of IB, no response and no shipment of my products. I do demand the products I have been ordering and receiving for me and my mother since 2016-2020, since I paid a lot of money for the Black Card Holder membership. Living temporally abroad meant that I had to pay shipment fees, which has never been a problem for me. The service till 8/2020 was perfect. This ignoring, not responding is insulting. Hoping this can be solved now and in the future, Thank you Maureen

In Oct. 2021 my wife entered into a fraudulent contract for Beauty care. She is suffering from alzheimer's and dementia. She became lost at the shopping mall and asked the Infinite Beauty clerk to call me to get her. While there they sold her a "gold card" membership worth $20,000. I became aware of this purchase in November with my bank card statement. I contacted Infinite Beauty about the fraudulent transaction my wife had unwittingly made. Many phone calls and personal visits have gotten no refund or even compromise.

On June 18, 2016, I made two payments of $12,683.36 and $381.05, to infinite beauty for one year of facials and products. On October 9, 2016, I paid an additional $35,937.10 to infinite beauty for a 10 year black card service that would entitle me to facials and products for 10 years. When I asked about what would happen if the company moved locations or went out of business, the sales person laughed at me and said that was not possible. They were a thriving business and it would not happen.. of course then with a year or so it did happen. Suddenly, I went by the location qt 61st and 3rd, and it was empty and dark. There was no forwarding information on the building or when I Google them. After trying to track down anyone I could, they said they were in temporary facility. It was almost impossible to find. It was in the basement of a building around 32nd and 1st where the employee and the customer could barely fit into a room. There was hardly any products,, wash cloths or equipment.. it was scary. But since I was told it would be for a couple of months while they negotiated a lease on 57th and Lexington, it would be bearable. That turned into maybe a year and then they disappeared again. Next I learned they were sharing Orogolds space with them on 57th around 3rd. So I started going there where the main person tried to sell me another service and said I would not be entitled to any upgraded equipment unless I paid another 25,000. They were constantly trying to sell additional services. Constant pressure from day one. This was shortly before the pandemic. Then Orogold went out of business and I never heard from anyone again since the pandemic. The other day I was walking passed **** and Madison and saw an Infinite Beauty on the corner. I walked in and spoke to Amy, the manager to ask about starting my facials and products. She said she was a franchisee and could not help me. She had two locations and was not in contact with management.
