They have gotten information 3 times by me about a tire replacement and now asking for more ! This is in my opinion ridiculous !

I have been on the market for a few weeks now trying to find the perfect scooter that best fits my needs. After comparing my basic needs to my wants, I found the *** KQi3 *** to be the best scooter for quick, easy, reliable, affordable fun transportation. A few weeks prior I bought a different scooter from a local shop in *****. I quickly returned the scooter. The product, customer service and return process were anything but easy or friendly. Being a local of ***************, I noticed more and more people riding *** Scooters. I talked to a few *** owners and quickly realized I should check them out in person. On Saturday, May 13th I decided to go to the **************************************************************************** location. Even though the store was set to close in 30 minuets I decided to take my chances to get a closer look at the scooters in person. Upon walking through the door I immediately noticed a clean and well stocked store. *** was full of inventory and merchandise. I was happy to see that they had products in stock and I did not have to place an order online. I was greeted by *********************************. I introduced myself and began talking to *******. I told ******* about my previous experience with a company based out of *****. ******* was knowledgeable, professional, understanding and very accommodating. He is as genuine as they come. He took the time to answer all of my question and explain in detail each scooter. We compared the cost of the scooters. I looked at the clock and noticed we were 30 min past closing time, but I still had so many questions. I apologized to ******* and told him I could come back after I did some research online. ******* told me not to worry about the time, and that he was there to help me. He explained that it is a wise decision to test drive them to see which one I liked the best. ******* made the process quick and easy. I left *** feeling confident that I made the right decision.

I submitted my documentation and received the reimbursement for my new tire as promised. Just another indication that doing business with Tire Rack is my way to go!!

The company is a fraud. I called 3 times to be hung up on cause I wasnt into the stuff about medical alert etc. they did NOT listen to the issue would just disconnect.

They are liars. I followed all the steps that they told me and they told me that I was approved. I then talked to see what had happened to my claim and they told me that it had been denied and that they could not do anything anymore. surprise that they are in the BBB.

This company is not honoring the contract I purchased for warranty on Tires/Rims and windows
