I called 3/9/22 and cancelled our ** service for our business. We kept the voice line on our package. We returned our equipment on 3/18/22. I just received the next **** and the ** service was not cancelled. I called 2 times and the rep that answered told me to hang up and call the 800 number again then hung up on me. This is ridiculous business practice. Charter seems to always make you call several times before things are done right, and in the mean time keep charging for what you know longer want. When a customer cancels a service, then continues to be charged this is called THEFT. I would like our ** service to be cancelled on 3/9/22 and a credit to our account for this. Account name is ***************** ending in ****

In November of 2021 my grandmother said she was going to pay $12.99 for the landline and $49 for the installation, but for some reason her total came out to be $78. She paid with an atm card. Later on in February 2022 she was sent a tablet with out her knowledge and was charged $107 and was told she would be paying $35 a month from then forward, once again she never ordered this tablet and was charged for it without her permission. She spoke with them about this fraudulent charge, she spoke to 12 different people and finally one person said they would get it resolved but she hasn't heard back since. Then on 2.11.2022 a cell phone was delivered to her house from spectrum, shortly after she go it she got a call from spectrum from a man named Shawn asking if she got the cell phone and she said she did not order it and has no need for it as she already has a cell phone provided to her by me her grandson. Shawn told her to send both of them back and it would all be resolved. After the tablet incident she had her bank block charges from spectrum when she received the phone they charged her Barcley Credit card for the amount of $103 and she NEVER gave them this card as she does not use this card. She called Spectrum to ask how they got the card info from Barcley and the woman she spoke to said that she gave it to them and that she got the phone for her daughter, my grandmother hasn't spoken to her daughter in years and she would never need to buy a cell phone for her. She told the woman she didn't order it and the woman told her "Yes you did" my grandmother told them shes on a fixed income she cant afford a cell phone and that I her grandson got her a phone and have had her on my phone plan the woman told her because she ordered it she couldn't do anything. Once again she did not order it. Spectrums employees are taking advantage of my 82 year old grandmother and every time she calls they gaslight her or tell her its being taken care of and they fail to resolve it.
