    I placed an order on 4/4 and paid extra for priority shipping to receive my items in 1 to 3 days. The order was placed last on April 4, 2025 at 3:32PM *** As of April 9 the order is still pending. I sent 3 emails regarding when I should receive the items I ordered with no response from Honey handmade. I also left a voicemail on 4/7 at 4:52pm regarding status of my order at phone number ***************. I paid extra so I can receive items as per their website via **** priority mail (1 to 3 days). I should be issued a refund for the priority shipping as it seems like my items have not been shipped yet and I was charged $19.34 for priority shipping. I would prefer a refund and just not have the items shipped if the items were not shipped yet. Please assist as no one from the company seems to answer their customers. Thank you for your help.

    I placed an order on 10/02/2024 totaling $58.03. On 11/02/2024, I emailed the business on their website requesting an update on my order. I did get a response, however I have yet to get the product or the refund that the owner promised me. I also have sent the owner several text messages, with no response to the last 3 messages, the last one being on 02/21/2025. I attached all the emails and text messages between the owner and I. We are going on 5 months and no refund or product has been issued.

    Hi BBB, On August 4th I made an order & on the 18th a label was created for it. Since that day **** is awaiting for shipment. I've called their business number, emailed their customer service email and messaged them via Instagram, but upon furnishing tracking no one gets back to me with a resolution. It's going to be six months and the tracking still shows it's in *********, ** with **** still awaiting item. No one has offered to either refund me or to ship this order. It's like they go mute after I provide the tracking I received through them! And its too late to make a credit card dispute, but what I really want is for my order to be shipped and delivered. Please, help me and thank you!

    August 7 I been trying to get in touch with them and no resolve. I called texted email them reached out to them on there social media platform. And still no answer I did everything I could to get and update on my package and no response. I only got one of my packages and I ordered them on the same day. I paid 49 dollars because they had a birthday specials going on. I always want to try her products because I use to see it on social media. I just want my self are my money back.Order #*****

    I paid for the product on August 7 for the amount of ***** They responded one time but for someone information saying. ******* order is in transit? Have you clicked on the tracking number to get an ETA. That not me my name is ***** and I always wanna to try honey made Products and us see the adds all time on ******** and instagram and ticktock and decide to give it a try. So I order it when she had her birthday special. I really want my product and been trying be patient and weight but its been to long to. Not get and update on my order I got one my packages and thats it

    There was seemingly a glitch on the website after I went to place an order saying that the company is unable to accept payments, which led me to returning today to place the same order with the exception of 1 item. I have realized however that the order did in fact go through , leading to a double order. I have been asking for a cancellation since there is no way to do it on my end as there is no option on their site to do so. l needed a way to cancel it before it shipped as their sale items cannot be returned . I have been emailing and texting and calling just to have that simple issue rectified. Someone told me she would reach out to the team and get back to me. I have not heard back . The package I wanted cancel has even been delivered with an item missing . So on top of the issue not being resolved, I have been over charged . Absolutely nobody is responding to texts calls or emails. Its like they are running the business from a basement with one single person doing everything . Theyre customer support is that terrible

    I purchased a promotion she was running back in January 2024. I got a message saying it was shipped. The package was supposed to have 5 products. I got one. I received a text asking if I liked the products. I responded saying I only got one product. I received a text back saying my text was received. I never heard back. I have called, emailed and texted numerous times. I have never gotten a response.

    I ordered in August 2, 2023 items from their Birthday sale. I ordered 7 items totaling around $60. I got a shipping notification on August 25th. This tracking number is still in pre transit to this day 1/1/24. This is the tracking number ****************************** I have reached out via all their channels of communication including social media and no one has gotten back to me. I still have never received my items or got my money back

    Hello,I placed an order with Honey Handmade's on June 29, 2023 under Order #*****. I ordered two items, "Jazzies Very Vanilla Frizz Taming Hair ******* ******** Blue Hair *******. When the package was received, there was no "Jazzies" and the "***** Blue" Glaze, but a check off sheet that read "Ship Later" for the "Jazzies". I reached out and they sent the correct "***** Blue Hair *******. The company has not returned any of my inquiries regarding the "Jazzies" product.The company also advised I could have a $4 credit from soaps they never delivered from Order #***** on 12/13/22. I was missing soaps ***** Blitz and Mint Chocolate. They company has tried to fill the order multiple times with incorrect soaps; some that contain allergy ingredients. When I asked if I could just have a credit, they confirmed June 15, 2023 by text that it would be fine, but would not up on how to access the credit.At this time, I would just like the Jazzies Hair Lotion and the $4 store credit. Thank you
