            I have been back and fort with this company since Hurricane Ian. They refused to refund and even said I had done a last minute cancellation. We were kicked out of the camp site without having ever set foot in the camper. This was all out of our control and I don’t understand why it is so difficult to handle business appropriately and fairly. DISNEY FULLY refunded everything due to the situation we were in. It was such a heart breaking experience because on the same day we landed we were booking a car to make the long journey back home. Our kids just got to see Disney as we drove away. Our biggest MISTAKE was paying the company in FULL which they happily took. Now with everything going on in Florida even if there is a credit we still do not see that happening. If you decide to book with them DO NOT make the same mistake by paying in full. I understand weather is unpredictable, but it’s also Florida, there should be a better contingency plan for instances like this. NOT AN HONORABLE COMPANY
