In Oct 2023 I purchased a rifle for just under $1000 and a handgun along with extra accessories. Had them also add a scope. Since the purchase, I bought a bag for the gun and moved it from the box to the bag and put it in the safe. Today , Dec 26 2023 I took it to the range to test fire it. Racked it 3-4 times wouldnt load. Finally It loaded and jammed. Someone came in to unjam it and they blamed the ammo. I had to rack again 2-3 times. Jammed again. Waited over an hour for gunsmith while on the range. I purchased different ammo from their store to see if that would make a difference. The gunsmith unjammed the gun and tried to fire it a couple times. Nothing. He took it apart and found the firing mechanism falling apart and no firing pin. This gun has never been fired. It was bought and put away for a Christmas gift. I think they should make this gun whole as it should be. They refused. Now I have a useless gun and ammo I didnt need to buy to see if that was the issue. I immediately cancelled my membership with this business.Initial Complaint

A purchase in the amount of $929.80 was made online with my debit card. I have a lien on my storage in the amount of 900.00 dollars that needed to be paid upon me leaving the hospital. When I saw why the money wasn't there, I contacted shoot straight to inform them the order should be canceled. I called the shoot straight in Clearwater and was told to call the apopka store, and select online sales. I did this on 3 days and left a message. No one returned calls. I called Clearwater store back and informed them I needed my money back. I was told I just have to wait. Due to this situation I am losing items that are non replaceable. Pictures, urns holding love ones, even a storage holding the umbilical cord of my children. I am a single mother who has fled due to domestic violence and will have to start over from scratch. We will have no clothes, no beds, nothing because of this situation.Initial Complaint

I returned a set of 2 Walther M2 magazines I ordered from the Shoot Straight website over three weeks ago (ORDER ******), through the Lakeland, FL retail store, and still have not received a refund. Inquiries to the company via their website contact link yielded no response at all. I request my refund immediately. I was never sent an original order confirmation or any other information, all I have is the initial charge on my credit card.Business response
