  Hired A.C. P. Atlantis Custom Pools in good faith to renovate our pool and not only did he leave the job unfinished , he walked away with the remainder of our deposit. He left our pool in a complete unfinished mess. See attached photos of the pool we have been looking at since June 2021. We are having a very hard time trying to find a pool contractor that will clean up his work and complete the remodel . Also, apparently the concrete he cut out and the placement of the rebar was done incorrectly anyway so the next contactor has to essentially start from scratch. Please do not use this company. We wanted potential clients to be aware of his unprofessionalism and dishonest character. He has caused us such stress- emotionally ,and financially ,not to mention health issues stemming from the added stress .

  I have contracted ACP to do extensive work on my pool area. It was to reseal a pool, redo all cement work, fix plumbing issues, new pool screen, and landscaping. I currently have given them over $20,000. The pool refinish was done in July and done well. However, my backyard was completely dug up behind the pool months ago. They also tore out half of my pool screen. While digging they busted a pool pipe so the pool pump cannot run and the pool is not swimmable. I have been told it would be fixed. Now, I cannot get a hold of the owner. He will not answer phone calls or texts. I have told him that I will be at his office on Friday, October 29, to get a refund for the rest of the job. No response.

  We hired ACP Atlantis Custom Pools on March 16, 2021 for a home project that included resurfacing our pool and installing pavers on our pool deck. The project was going pretty well until we were nearing the end of the project, when Mike M*****, the owner, asked us for final payment. On our estimate, it stated that final payment was due upon refilling of the pool. We were not aware at the time that meant payment was due before the actual project was completed. To us, "refilling of the pool" indicated completion of the project. Against our better judgment, we gave Mike the final payment around April 17th. It is now June 24th (2 months) later after giving him final payment, and weeks since Mike communicated with us (he is not returning texts or calls). We are not looking for a refund of payment--we just want him to complete the last few things on the project: finish grouting on pavers including step, touchup grout on coping, and finish the drain pipe outside our pool enclosure.
