This so called company deserves 0 stars. We paid $16000 to them in 2016 and this group is a fraud. All they do is look on Priceline, etc. to find better prices for travel! Anyone can do that!!! This is a total rip off! In addition, we have to pay $69 per quarter for something we do not and will not use!! They have a presentation that makes this look like the best thing in the world, and is definitely is not. We would like to have our $16k refunded as well as all of the quarterly payments that we have made. This is ridiculous!!!

ITS does not receive any money paid to these entities. ITS receives a quarterly fee of $69.00 which has been canceled. While we understand Mrs. ******’s is requesting a full refund of $16,000.00, as previously mentioned ITS did not collect these funds thus we are unable to authorize and/or provide a refund.
