Shelley R I discovered Totally Furniture during an Internet Search when looking for an entertainment unit I had seen on another website. They were very competitive in their pricing, and after reading many positive reviews, I decided to order from them. The units came in 3 separate crates, and were packed so securely. We were very impressed. Unfortunately when all was unwrapped and put into place there was a color difference between the center unit and the 2 sides. I wrote the company and can only say the customer service was terrific! Christine worked with me and remedied the problem. They couldn’t have been nicer and I would absolutely order from them again!

All employees at Totally Furniture are accommodating and so nice. I highly recommend this Company.

The after-sales service is very good and answers questions quickly and warmly. I am very impressed by their serious and responsible working attitude, and I will tell my friends that they are a good company and attach great importance to the opinions of customers. Do not order from this company! The table and chairs that were sent to me were damaged. It took several weeks to obtain a reimbursement after the worse customer experience possible, including the burden on the company imposed on the customer to repack damaged goods and arrange to be shipped by *** ** back to the company! Upon contacting ******* ********* which is owned by Monarch Specialties, a Quebec, Canada-based company, the company proceeded to replace the damaged tabletop (the brackets and joints under the table top for the legs were forcible separated) with a table top from an entirely different table. The chair seats were also torn and no effort was made to replace these. I was required to repack everything including the additional table top. The entirely box weighed more than 50 pounds. The return shipping order through *** ** was never actually placed. I was told by ******* ********* that in fact I had to call *** ** and place the return, although the company sent me a shipping label. However, when I contacted *** ** I was told that no such order, label, or tracking number existed. Do not order from Monarch Specialties or ******* *********. Steve Katz Washington DC

I bought three tall bookcases--Washington cherry--when Amazon didn't have enough in stock. They came rapidly, with email updates along the way.They're up--I like them very much.

I love my Monarch dining chairs, even though it requires some assembly. Some of the screws were a bit tricky and some didn't have corresponding holes. But in all it is a great purchase and a great deal at Home Shopping Mall, and the chairs are easy to love. Plus, the company kept me updated by email every step of the way.

I had circumstances that the rug I wanted was on back order for approx 4-5 months. I was fine with that. The folks here held on to my payment because we were both aware it was not discontinued it was just back ordered. I see the word shady associated with these guys in some of the ratings and I have to laugh. Sometimes things don’t turn out the way we want or plan but you can’t bash a Company that did refund you what was no longer available. I had an extremely high customer service, we stayed in contact, I had to do some of the phone calling but that rug was the one I wanted. My experience great customer service, quality of merchandise is way above average. I rate them over all 5 STAR PLUS. I’m grateful you all hung in there with me. I appreciate all your efforts and time spent over my order. Nothing close to being a shady Company, it is way above legit, this is my second throw rug.

We discovered Totally Furniture through Internet searches in search of a mobile center kitchen island. ****** and the big box stores had some options but they didn't match up to what we were looking for and the quality didn't appear to look durable. The Totally Furniture product was priced higher than our budget but the natural oak construction looked durable and would match our kitchen cabinets. So we purchased it and we are very happen with the assembled product. One of the boxes arrived damaged so I contacted their customer support. They were very easy to work with as they stated they would replace any damaged components or replace missing parts. As it turns out nothing was missing or damaged and the assembled product is durable, functional and a good addition to our kitchen for added storage and workspace. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer support was very good!
