In March of 2021, Quick A/C Solutions was sent out to install a new interior and Exterior A/C unit by our home warranty company. 3 months later we noticed high humidity levels in the house and the unit was struggling to keep the house cool. Upon examining the attic unit we noticed the duct work has detached from the unit they installed. It appears that what ever they used to connect the ductwork to the unit itself has spilt on a seam or just broke. (pictures attached) We called them to request they send someone out to fix the issue and they said they would not because it appears that someone cut it, based on the attached photos. There is no reason for us to have done that. Why would anyone chose to make their home hot and humid? No one else has access to our attic.Business response

We had done a make shift repairs to make the house bearable until we heard from them. They reapplied glue and other materials to properly seal the connection. He said they had to review the work that was originally done (which should have been done before they accused us of cutting it) and upon doing so, noticed there were no support straps in place to support the weight of the ducts, which is what caused the duct work to tear away.
