On November 2 at 11:00 am I called bargain tires services. Where I have a warranty with, and a appointment with the day of November 3 for a tune up and new brakes that is covered on my warranty with them. During my conversation with Mr ***** I asked was does my warranty also cover slow leaks in tires he replied yes and ask me to bring my tire down because he order one and to come back in three hours. At this time there was already a donut on my car. So I drop the tire off an return at 3:00 pm. The new tire was already on my car when Mr ***** called me to the front desk to talk about the price of the tire and putting it on my car. But he had already told me earlier that same day it was covered by my warranty. He gave me a price of $123.00. This is when I reminded him of the conversation he and I had that same day, about the new tire being covered in my warranty. This is when he started to become verbally rude and disrespectful. He began to bang his hand on the counter and being very belligerent. This is when he slams the door in my face, I continue to stay calm and talk to him but at this time he threatened me while saying take the tire off im tired of this. I then took it upon myself to investigate the new tire not trusting there work now. They had my tire for 3 hours and not once contacted me to say that it wasn't covered in my warranty. They have camera so you can see how rude and disrespectful he was for no reason at all. I don't understand how they are ok with handling there business this way. By this time I have paid for the tire while Mr ***** was still being belligerent towards me. All I want is my money back from my warranty.
