Tycos sent Sergio out to inspect my roof . He found damage I wasn’t aware of. He sent me pictures and we agreed on repair. He got a crew out the next day to beat the huge storm that was coming in two days . I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Tycos! I discovered leaks in our attic, so searched on Angie's List and found them. They contacted me right away and sent out the Production Manager, Bryan George, pretty quickly. Bryan did a very thorough inspection of the roof and the leaking areas, and gave us a very reasonable proposal for the repairs. When I told them how bad our leaks were - we had to put bins under them and empty the bins after every rain - they were so kind and got us on the schedule very quickly. The guys did great work and discovered some rotting areas around the leaks that needed to be replaced. They gave us a very reasonable price for the extra work. The owner's son, Sergio, came often to check on the work and make sure they were repIacing the right areas from inside the attic - that really helped, I think. I was so pleased with the repairs and replacement roof that they did. This is a company that really cares about its customers - from the owner to the roofers. I highly recommend them - and when we need a whole new roof, if we still live in this house, I would certainly call Tycos! Thank you, Tycos!

When I first contacted Tycos Roofing and Siding Charles Pace came out on time to give me an estimate. When the job was completed, I got compliments from my neighbor before I could get out the door the next day. The workers were courteous and respectful as they worked and mitigated any obstacles they came across, particularly my recently installed new windows by protecting them from debris with a tarp. After the job was done Sergio's son and the project manager CJ came out to follow up and assess the job and removed any debris that may have been missed. Tycos will always be the company I call for any related needs.

This is a helluva way to run a business. No one spoke English, or didn't want to, in the first crew. After I told them their nails we're coming through the finished underside of my porch they acted like I was a jerk for telling them. They tore off what they had done and went home. The second day (of a one day job) two men came out, one spoke limited English. They layed the shingles and went home leaving an extensive punch list. Thank God for Vinny, the project manager who came out the next day and dealt with bad measerments, and cleaned up the issues. Every issue stemmed from the crews not having a foreman. This is not Vinny's fault. Every crew should have someone who speaks fluid English and cares about the quality of their work enough to relay their needs to the project manager. Thanks to Vinny I was left with an exceptable finished product, but why not do the job right the first time? Tycos will get the job done, but keep your eye on them. Thanks again Vinny for cleaning up the mess!

From start to finish the team did an excellent job. Scott Joines promised an excellent job and Sergio, Anthony, and Luis all delivered everything expected. Denise Flanagan was an good project manager. The job took two days since I had 2 roofs to be done. Looks great and they provided pictures of the completed job so I didn't have to climb up and take them myself. Recommended Tycos to both my neighbors.
