They are trying to renew my yellow pages listing for $599.98 and said I had paid that last year in May 2023 which is completely a lie as I confirmed this with my bank records. They also want to charge me the $599.98 for canceling the listing . This is 100% a scam!!!!

I had the same experience as everyone else. They called me a couple times until I finally picked up. Asked me if I wanted to renew or cancel my advertising with them. After telling them to cancel, they sent me an invoice for $599.98. I looked back at our accounting records to see if this was something possibly setup prior to my time at my company and found nothing. I'm glad I found these reviews before paying, and can confirm this is 100% a scam. I emailed them back and told them to produce documentation/ an agreement for advertising or the invoice would remain unpaid. Haven't heard back from them yet.

Same as the rest of the reviews. They have already called me twice this month and they have been told twice to cancel, even though we do not have anything with them. I had also gone back and found an invoice from them in February of 2022 for $599.00. Of course we didn't pay it as we never had anything with them and they were told to cancel then. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists and I feel sorry for the companies that have paid them.

So thankful I looked up this company while I was on the phone. They called and asked if I wanted to renew my listings with Yellow Pages 365 and I told them no that I shouldn't have had any accounts with that. They then asked if I wanted to close the account so I said yes. Then proceeded to tell me that I had an outstanding balance for $599 and wanting me to authorize to send an invoice to me to pay. When I started questioning this more, they come back and said that I probably just had a curtesy listing and they would remove the invoice from their records and hung up. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Yellow Pages 365. Unfortunately, when I first started working here I received a bill from them saying we owed $599.98 and I paid it thinking it was real. Once I found out it was a scam, I did not renew. As of March 2015 our account has been canceled yet these people call me every year saying our online listing is about to expire and we need to pay $599 to renew. They once told me if I renew with a credit card then I'd receive $100 off. I've told them every single time that we do not have an account with them and we don't owe any money. They always tell me they'll look into it and call back, or they say they'll make a note on the account so they won't call back. That never happens. They've been calling me at least twice a year since March 2015. Sometimes they call and use a different company name like YP Connects or Yellow Pages Premium and they tell me that I owe however much money and when I ask who signed up for this they tell me I did but the "listing" has very minimal or sometimes incorrect information that I would've never agreed to. I work for a small company so it's just me who answers the phone and I tell them I would've never signed up for that little info and I'd like proof. They hang up on me and then try again a few months later. I'm sick of it. Also, you really should make it so that people can leave zero stars.

Same Issue: We received another call about our advertisement just ended and they wanted to know if we would like to renew or cancel. If we cancel then they will send us an invoice. Luckily, I answered the phone because when I asked who approved it and they said Soletia. I told them we have never approved anything like that and we'll need more information from them to proceed. She told me that someone will be reaching out to discuss our account further. I am looking forward to that phone call. They are full of crap. They are SCAMMERS!

Same as the rest of the reviews - 'Mindy' called for approval of 599.95 to cover a promotional period that just ended, and asked if we wanted to renew. I questioned who approved the promo and she said she didn't have access to that and someone from customer service would call to figure it out. At least she ended with 'Have a nice day'. Lee

Scam. Got a call about renewing my account, I called our accounts manager to check it out and she said we never had an account with this business. They keep calling about our "final bill" so just hang up on them when they call, this is ridiculously predatory towards small businesses

SCAM! Called to get the ok to renew my services. We are a small company and there are only two people who authorize purchases like these. I asked who authorized the services for last year. The response was 'I have very limited information on your account, just that you have advertised.' She was going to send me to the front office so they could get me the information and then just hung up. I was curious and went to the website and my company is not even on there. Also even the thought of Yellow Pages online is ridiculous. I would just search in the browser not go to a crappy website that takes forever to search only paid customers?!
