I ordered a raised garden bed from a company called inacool. Instead I received a screwdriver. It came from “china post” but then also had a USPS label over it with a return address to **** ******** ** *** ******* ave Edison, NJ 08837. This company sends tracking and you think your order is coming. Only to receive a bogus item.Initial Complaint

Facebook Marketplace has issued a buyer that purchased one of items after they committed dispute fraud by stating they never revived the item even though I updated the tracking by contacting usps to fix which they did during the date she filed the dispute. Even after the item was updated to be in transit to her, FACEBOOK unrightfully gave her a full refunds. Now she has my expensive item and the money. THIS IS LITERALLY DISPUTE FRAUD. THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED PROMPTLY AFTER THE BUYER ADDRESSES THIER CONCERNS WITH THE DELAYED ARRIVAL AND FILED THIS PURCHASE PROTECTION CLAIM . WHY WAS THE AMOUNT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAYED TO ME, THE SELLER, REFUNDED NOW THAT THE ITEM IS LITERALLY IN TRANSIT TO THE BUYER (as proven by the tracking on the USPS website). PLEASE REVERSE AND CONSIDER MY EFFORTS AND ISSUE MY PAYOUT BECAUSE THIS IS SO UNJUST AND TWISTED.THE ITEM HAS LITERALLY BEEN RECEIVED SUCCESSFULLY BY THE BUYER. WHAT TYPE OF TWISTED SYSTEM IS THIS?? I DID RESPOND TO THE BUYER WHEN THEY EXPRESSED THIER CONCERNS ON TIME. I RIGHTFULLY DESERVE MY PAYPUT NOW THAT THE ITEM HAS LITERALLY UPDATED TRACKING WHICH SHOWS THAT THE BUYER RECEIVED THIS. THIS IS DISPUTE FRAUD SINCE MY ITEM IS NOW WITH THEM. After I contacted the person expressing that they committed dispute fraud, they saw and red the message and blocked me because they didn’t want to confess.
