Needham installed a new furnace in my home about a year ago when I returned from Dr appt I noticed the hall floor had a water stain on it. They denied anything happened then this year when I went to install a new washer I found the access panel they had cut along side my washer just low enough not to be seen. Once the panel was opened you could see the water damage and new pipe lines they ran. The damaged from the pipes they busted caused my subfloor to rot and ruined my hall, hall closet, hall bathroom, laundry room, & kitchen floor. All of these areas needed new subfloors and new flooring. I also had to purchase a new hot water heater and reinforce the floor before the plumbers would install the tank. I also had to have the plumbers come out to fix leaking pipes. I have pictures of the damage they did to my home as well as pictures of the access panel and new lines they ran to fix the ones they broke. They even went as far as using the old valves on the washer hook up so nothing looked out of place. Last year and this year I asked again what happened and they denied anything had happened. I have been in my home for over 25 years and there never has been an access panel in the wall next to the washer. And the fact that my hot water tank needed replaced which is right next to the new furnace they installed and the pipes were leaking leads me to believe this all occurred when the new furnace was installed. I have pictures to support this claim along with having used the same plumbing company for over two years their word that they never worked on my washer hook up, which has all new pipes running to it. The amount of damage done to my home has caused me to have to install new subfloors through out the entire houseBusiness response

system ran fine with no problems and we do not follow behind other companies to fix problems created by someone who then blames another company
