      I’ve used this service for the last few years without incident. This season was the worst. The beginning of this season was not bad, then it went down hill. The mowing, actually weed whacking, never saw a mower, was sloppy. Missed areas. They were to weed the front little area and was never touched. I asked the guys to remove a few weeds by my deck and gave them $20 cash to do it, which took a whole 5 minutes and the owner tried to bill me 25% extra for the “extra work that I’m was trying to steal”, when I paid for it out of pocket. The last cut about a month ago was a week late and that was the last time I heard from them. I’ve been calling/ texting Chris for 10 days with absolutely no response. This is petty, childish, and extremely unprofessional. They nickel and dime customers for every detail, don’t do what is contracted, sloppy work, and terrible customer service. Don’t even bother with this company.

      This company is very unprofessional. They will not answer your calls. They will text, but not talk. They will not show up when they are supposed to. They will charge you for services that you did not ask for. They broke my fence, and then said it was already broke after admitting they did it and would fix it. Chris the owner will contact you at inappropriate hours of the morning or night at his convenience but will never answer for you. They cut the grass HORRIBLY, leaving ugly patterns. Do not use this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a landscaper. They show up days after the day they said they would come. They do not care about their customers.

      This review is completely inaccurate and a flat out lie. We had to stop servicing this property because it was a delinquent account. To this day, this former customer still has a past due balance on his account. To justifying not paying his bill, he has come up with every excuse in the book, including blaming us for things that we did not do. The fence gate for example was broken when we started mowing the property. In regards to me not answering my phone, I do return calls but when some calls over 20 times in a day it's a little hard to get back to every single call.

      Chris, cut it out! I have text Messages to prove it. I asked for an accurate invoice, not one with inaccurate charges. I never had a problem with paying for what I owe. You are dishonest and you continue to show this with your response. I will share our communications with the BBB. Your staff broke my fence, and you said you would fix it. Stop trying to save face an operate like a professional. You have still not called me. That is a sign of guilt. I am willing to go to whatever lengths to ensure you don’t get away with this, and that you never take advantage of another honest working consumer. It is funny that several of your past customers have the same issue with you. If you were being honest, you would stop being unprofessional and operate your business with integrity. I will pray for you as you are obviously going through something that causing you to do anything but own up and be responsible for your actions.

      Last September his employees damaged the mortar on the back of our house and did a crappy repair job. I was sitting on the couch in our family room while his employees were cutting our lawn when I felt a vibration and heard a loud bang on the back of our house. By the time I got outside to see what had happened they were gone. I called the owner about the damage and I also sent pictures of the mess his employees left. He said they would be back to fix the damage. They did not do a very good job is an understatement. Instead of repairing the mortar and painting over the area, they used cheap spray foam insulation and left. I called the owner and told him about the so called "repair job". I also sent him pictures and he said that since the weather is getting colder, there is nothing that can be done but to wait over the coarse of the winter for warmer weather. Well, he has had plenty of time and guess what......rain and snow has gotten down between the damage and the house and getting into the foundation of our house. I have left several messages and you guessed it, he refuses to hire someone to fix the damage. He has never returned any of my calls either.
