I enrolled for Class A CDL 03/23/advertised as an accredited institution, BBB, ect. The tuition was funded with FAFSA & PELL GRANT in the amount of over $10,000.00. I experienced months of little to no training, range instructors that were unqualified, using range time to hang out in lawn chairs by a shed on range site, verbal abuse in the form of profanity used by range CDL instructors, even innaproiate questions in a sexual nature directed at me by 1 of their range instructors. I have complained about this & experienced retaliation in the form of non instruction, bad treatment, passive aggressive behavior or intentional neglect & non instruction on the range of a Class A vehicle. I have had meetings with their director of education; ***** ******, the owner of this facility ***** ****** & director of CDL range; **** concerning this, yet I continued to endure this terrible treatment. I ultimately had 2 CDL road tests which I was not properly trained or prepared for (located in Schneckville P.A. a 4 commute, round trip I had to make to their independent testing site) I attempted to do this 2 times & pleaded with staff to help me prepare but they showed no interest. I failed 2 tests so far. Range instructors told students "we set u up for CDL test in P.A. because DE DMV has a waiting list of 6 months or more". I learned later this was untrue & false. The DE DMV's has a waiting list of less than 1 week & has always been the case to test CDL class A. My last test took place in November. I am very concerned the person setting up future DE DMV CDL road test to acquire my Class A CDL will not do this. students now tests in DE. Staff not concerned with contacting me or preparing me for my 3rd attempt/ or setting up a future CDL test. I have called the school many x's since my last test, numerous emails asking for assistance. I have a FAFSA govt. loan to pay back 01/07/24. I believe this schools only concern is financial gain. I need assistance with this situatn.Have docs.

Honestly I feel robbed. Their CDL course is a scam. When we first signed up the heads of the program were so friendly and saying how helpful they were until the course started and tuitions were being made. The only instructor who seemed like he wanted to teach you the ropes was Mr. ******. Once it got close to my class graduating the school got audited because the instructor who was testing for the exam was doing some flaky business and previous students had to come back and retest. Some even failed and had their license revoked. Most of the students from my class and after watched YouTube videos on how to pass the pre trip inspection of the exam because once the school examiner got fired we had to test 2 hours away from the school at Lehigh Valley College. I know Dawn is a flaky school because the instructors say so. Before the audit they were just pushing the students through because they needed the government funding to stay open because the CDL program is fairly new, Mr. Robert told us that. The guys in the yard back bite each other all day and act like high school boys. The black dudes are racist towards the white guy DJ behind his back but DJ ain’t no different either because he made up all my last 3 road exams so I could finish. I have videos and emails from the school to prove everything I just said. And text messages from other students. The only person at Dawns Cdl program who is worth something is Mr. ****** and me saying his name isn’t out of favoritism because I don’t believe he likes me I do believe he means business when he’s trying to teach you how to operate a big killing machine though. Ms. ***** is a hypocrite she’s the worst. Our last phone conversation I accidentally called one of the instructors at Lehigh Valley a and I naturally and unknowingly corrected myself and said “gay lady” but she tried to make it seem like I was being rude to that community but during our whole conversation I was using the “N” and she never responded to that lol.
