I purchased the car in march of 2023 I put 2,000 down for 2014 Chevy equinox, since I’ve purchased the car I’ve had the car break down on me FOUR times. The last time being the current I need an entire new engine they won’t do anything about it because I have an warranty but the warranty won’t pay to replace the engine because they said they sold me a car and my oil needed to be checked every week which is why it burned a hole into the engine I have no way of getting around now and I have three kids and they know this and I have a car loan on the car that’s 319 a month and I haven’t even received my permanent plates yet.Initial Complaint

I have made a transaction on the date of August 24, to help my mom in law. After the transaction, I asked the gentleman to delete my card information off his computer and that this will be a one time courtesy. On the day of 9/23/2022, the company had ran my card, for a 1 payment I didn't authorize. I had went down to the dealership to speak to the person, and he told me "Well she is in delinquent, and we run whatever card is on the file" By Monday 9/26/22, when I was calling to report the charge, the operator from the bank had informed me that they ran my card 3 times. I had closed out my debit card on that Saturday (9/24), and in hoping that I would be able to stop the payment. On Wednesday, (9/28), my mom in law called and asked them to issue back my funds since I wasn't responsible party for her bill. They told her "We did you a favor, and she is lucky that we didn't charge more from her. But we will give her back the money when you give us the car back". I was in utter shock that someone would say that, especially since I was just helping a family member out.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car the friday before last, had the vehicle for 3 miles when the car started vibrating so I took it back and was told that it was just a bent rim and to take it to 2 names of mechanics he gave me and noone else and he would pay for the repairs so I called and called finally got an appointment for tomarrow the 12th of july 2021 but get in the car this ,morning and have NO BREAKS CAR WILL NOT SHIFT GEARS AND THEN WOULD NOT STOP ALMOST KILLING ME AND MY DAUGHTER. CAR SMELLS LIKE ITS ON FIRE, I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ****** THE COOWNER SO HE CLAIMS AND THE ONE WHO SOLD ME THIS CAR WHICH IS A 2010 BMW 328IXDRIVE WITH 110,000 MILES BUT NOW I AM LEARNING ITS NOT EVEN A 2010 BUT A 2009 AND THE CAR SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, HE CHARGED ME $1,000 MORE THAN CAR WAS ADVERTISED FOR AND HID IT WHEN I WAS SIGNING THE FINANCE PAPERS AND NOW I AM OUT $14,000 AND A JOB CAUSE I HAVE NO WAY TO GET TO WORK AND I USED MY OLD CAR AS MY TRADE IN FOR THIS USELESS DEATH TRAP
