If I could give them 10 stars I would. Found this place 30 minutes after another big brand shop told me I’d have to wait 2 days for a repair. I traveled from two hours away and needed to return home no later than the next day. They told me to come within minutes of making the call. Quick, honest, quality service. And Diane is an ANGEL. I can’t say enough about how beautiful she was to my mom and me while we waited for the repair. Truly an amazing place. Highly recommend!

Do not take your vehicle. Here it is overpriced, and regardless of what you pay, you are going to get Aweful service. our driveshaft & transmission and a few other things needed repairing so it was a pretty big job that was going to take some time but our original time frame was two weeks after they receive the deposit. We finally started calling because the truck had not been moved out of the same spot after about 3 weeks. After a month and we were told that they were waiting on parts and that they would be in in a week so they can get started on the job and after that it shouldn’t take much longer well about two weeks after that we finally seen the truck moved so we assumed that they had finally started the work. We waited for a call after about three months we hadn’t heard anything so we called and asked what was going on and we were told one more week, well that week turned into another week and then that week turned into another week and about six months later after we threaten to go pick up the car and take it elsewhere. We finally get a call that it’s done. We drove the car for about a week and the new transmission that they had put in was leaking fluid and the transmission stopped shifting. We took the truck back up there to get the repairs done since it would be under warranty and the trucks sat for about 3 weeks, so we finally decided enough was enough and went to pick it up and take it somewhere else. After taking the vehicle to coastal, they were able to send it to Mocks repair for the transmission and we got the truck back in about a week running great he had to pretty much redo all of the work that should have already been done and luckily they were able to salvage the transmission that was improperly installed. The right thing would be for them to give us our money back for the labor. Well, actually, I take that back we should receive all of the money back because if we had ordered the parts ourselves, there wouldn’t have been an upcharge.

Husband, wife, and Nephew ran. Went to them to have my motor replaced they quoted $4000 and change took the car early Sept. 2021 Motor came in Sept 20ish they asked for $3000 down. Then they partially disassembled the engine ( I drove it there) Promised engine installed first week of Oct. Days came and went “ you are the next car” etc more and promises promises, just trying to make time go by. Nov 14th figured I was their sucker for possible money flow issues either way no installed motor. Pulled the plug on the credit card now more promises “ o we were going to start you car on Monday be done by Wednesday. “ wow ! Heard that story before. That is how they get out of responsibility “but we said we would make it right” Nov 18 after a $99 tow the car and the bins of parts now not on the engine are back home. The car of course is now toast and probably needs to be totaled. All I can say is these people are dishonest they talk a wonderful story but my reality says; ran going in, towed away going out of this place. You can google their reviews the bad ones are what others have experience like me waiting for months and finally taking there car back with partial work damage or promises promises as other cars are placed ahead of theirs and nothing done. Beware this is not the place to go from my expensive experience, don’t be these peoples sucker.
