last 8-18-21 I paid the **** w;/c under my ex husband name because they wont put on my gas heater. then later on they said I will have to have my own gas **** and inorder to do that I have to pay the deposit of $296.77 and the service fee of $95.00 to connect it since I cant pay it all at once I agree that they will billed twice and I pay it 10-15-21 for ****** and then I paid them again on 10-28-21 for $82,97 and they told me that that their company rulte to pay that first and now they billed me for $404.77 I called twice there and the first one said i got that **** because I did not pay my deposit I jsut did not argue coz at that time I dont have proof but I look at my record I paid twice on the first month so that means I am already paid then I called again and talk to another representative she said to write an email to tell them to check my account for clariffication but I did twice and still there is no responce. the first representative said to me if I dont pay this by the end of January they will cut off my gas I will pay gas but I want to make sure its right as I dont want to pay double because I am a single mom and money is not easy to find.
