Fraudulent amazon company, pretends to work for amazon and provides "Tech support" charged us over $900 for services never rendered would highly not recommend trusting this or the delware company, which supports this company.

This company is also known as "One Click Geeks". They got us for $314.99 for a one year service contract. We were trying to download the app for Alexa for Amazon and suddenly a "chat" screen came up telling us there was a problem with the download because some of my files were corrupted and I did not have a firewall. Sooo convincing when all we wanted to do was download our Alexa. They tell lie after lie after lie. They managed to gain control of my computer. Thirty minutes after signing off with them I started thinking about everything they had said. Called them back, no answer, phone rang and rang. We have been to the bank three times now, filed a fraud claim, had to take my computer in and have it cleaned up. Had to change all my banking info, close my online checking and savings account, and it still isn't over because today they tried to put the same charge through again. I wish there was a "0" rating because a 1 is too good for these scamsters. I hope somebody can do something about them. Will contact Amazon and file a complaint with them.

Bostoy inc is fraud company with shitty mind they hack into people's computer. i had an issue with my alexa echo dot and they claim to be an representative of Amazon support first i had a word with erikca about the securities and then they forced me to pay $1000 does not seem legit to me at first but however they convinced me to pay them huge amount that fucking whore ericka fucked my computer in the middle of this my wife died cause heart attack. Friend of mine works with FBI international Affairs with the help of him i have filed a complaint against them. Sooner or later they will pay for what they are doing. Michael Rollins

This business, with its staff of "Geeks Lane" is a hacking scam. They lie and issue phony invoices, take your money and pretend to give you real service. They told me I didn't have a firewall (false) and that they installed a sonic Wall Firewall in my computer (false). What they probably installed was a virus. Later they said they didn't install it in my computer but "in the system" - i asked if that was the galactic system. Stupidly I had given them a check for $1361.00. In June they made the implicit threat, via denial, about hacking into my checking account. They claimed they had given me 1.5 yrs of service, although the contact was on Jan 8, 2021. Another lie after lie after lie. Look up Geeks Lane - everyone is crying this is a scam. How do they stay in business in Delaware.? They need their business license removed. I have contacted the FBI about them.
