I contacted Delaware Exteriors and spoke with Mr. Trueman, the owner. We discussed my issues thoroughly and I was clear that we were under warranty with another roofing company. He still agreed to come and do a thorough inspection and explained it also included looking in our attic to determine any leaks that may be evident there but may not have permeated our walls yet. (I thought, wow how proactive!) Also, they would take pictures of anything questionable and that would be given to us at the completion of the inspection. He scheduled us for a Monday morning appointment, told us the name of his employee that would be doing the inspection and explained it was a free service that his company provides. Monday morning Joshua Lambertson called and told me exactly when he would be arriving at my home, he accomplished everything Mr. Trueman promised me. From my initial phone call with Mr. Trueman through Joshua Labertson’s thorough inspection, I found them to be knowledgeable in their trade and exceptional in their professionalism, all without charging me for their time and expertise – which totally amazed me. When I questioned this, I was told they are happy to provide this service, and often the entity responsible for the work appreciates the areas that they pinpoint because then the actual issue can be addressed. Delaware Exteriors’ exceptional business philosophy impresses me, and I would not hesitate to contract Delaware Exteriors for services when my home warranty expires. I highly recommend them and give them more than 5-stars, as I feel they deserve 10-stars! I appreciate the service they provided to me and am a big fan! I wish them continued success and prosperity.

I had an excellent experience with Delaware Exteriors LLC. Will is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get the job scheduled within a very short time; and at a reasonable rate. Will and his team showed up as promised and on time with a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way, which was very much appreciated. They didn’t expert job on my roof. It looks great, One look at it and you know it was done by professionals. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Delaware Exteriors to everyone!

Will was great at explaining what was wrong with our roof and how Delaware Exteriors would replace the roof. His team of people came on time (early in the morning). The job was complete in one day. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up the yard in the dark after they were done. It was great to sleep last night with rain coming down outside and none on my head.

A powerful storm tore off part of the siding attached to my roof. I called Delaware Exteriors LLC and I am glad I did. Will contacted me and scheduled an appointment. He came out in a timely manner and reattached the siding. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will certainly use this company for any future needs and I highly recommend them.

Will and his associate showed up and replaced wood and siding on my home and cleaned after themselves. This is the second time l hired him because he replaced my roof, no problem. He does quality work and is very considerate. Also in a timely manner. I’d recommend him to anyway

Absolute amazing service! Will came out immediately to repair some vinyl siding. Could not ask for a more reliable or better service. Would recommend to anyone
