I purchased a Storyworth subscription in June 2022 so that my Dad could answer the prompts throughout the year and I could order the book to give him Father's Day of 2023. I ordered 2 copies of the book on 06/01/23. Storyworth said the order would be delivered by 06/13/23. Since I still haven't received a shipping confirmation or tracking #, I followed up with them today. Per Sashelle from Storyworth, "I'm sorry to hear this order didn't arrive by its estimated date of June 13th 2023. Our print shop is currently experiencing a production delay. However they’re working hard to ship the order as soon as possible. While I can't provide an estimated delivery date at this time, please watch your inbox for an email from us when the tracking information is sent." I paid for the Storyworth subscription in June 2022. They charged me an additional $11 this month to have the books shipped. They still have not shipped the order. Father's Day is 6 days from now and I have nothing to give my dad. They can keep the books. I would like a full refund ASAP.Initial Complaint

I have been a contributor to the online site STORYWORTH since first being signed up by my children on Fathers Day 2020. All has gone well with us with over a dozen books being ordered until MARCH - APRIL 2022 during which time period five black and white books have been ordered but were never delivered. I have contacted STORYWORTH via e-mail to report this problem and have been contacted by their customer service representative TAYLOR who, after several back and forth emails has failed to resolve this issue, instead "kicking the can down the road" to another more responsible entity. In brief, as documented through my NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION transactions with STORYWORTH, orders were placed on 17, 18, 21 March and 6, 15 and 18 April. The orders of 21, 24 March and 21, 24 April were never received. This represents an investment of $232.96 for five (5) black and which books, which, for a retired, military septuagenarian is anything but "small change". Being unable to resolve this issue myself through the usual channels I am turning to you to see if I can receive that which I have ordered from STORYWORTH but have (thus far) not received. My wife and I recently ordered Storyworth books that were supposed to be included with no charge as part of our Storyworth subscriptions. However, instead of mine being free, I was charged $82.99. Storyworth's explanation is that the books can only be ordered from the individual subscriber, and since my wife ordered both books from her subscription, there could be no refund for the overpayment of my book. There was absolutely no information ANYWHERE stating that books need to be ordered only through certain accounts. Also, I can't believe that Storyworth is unable to refund my money simply because my book was ordered through my wife's account! They acknowledge that they can see no book has been ordered on my account and two books have been ordered on my wife's account - two books for two people aligning with two subscriptions. Yet they maintain that, due to this ordering technicality, my overpayment cannot be refunded.
