      ******* should vet their agents. One in particular is ******* *****. He listed one of my properties, and after 2.5 months of no results, I asked to take it off the markethe agreed, then came back demanding $50K if I listed it again within 6 months. Completely unethical.

      I have been battling with homes.com to remove the pictures of our house with no results. I don't even know where they got them because in 2018 after purchasing the house I claimed my home and removed them from realtor, Zillow, redfin, Trulia and all the other sites. Now this new on the scene website pulls them from somewhere saying they got them off the *** which I don't see how. I can't find them on the ***. They said to contact the listing agent but they aren't responding after 2 weeks. I called my local ********************* who said they had a contact at Homes.com and would see what they could do. 10 days later - nothing. This is an invasion of my privacy, takes away my security, and shows the "before" renovation photos none of them historic. I should have the right as the homeowner to decide if my interior and backyard pics are on the internet. I want them removed!

      This company has not refunded a service that I cancelled within an hour..they tell me a case is open and 6 days later my credit card has nor received the credit...they give you the run around..warning so not purchase any service through homes.com

      CoStar has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take months to respond, lie to get you into contract and then do not deliver on the services promised. Every *** says something different. They lack integrity, professionalism and ethics. With all these terrible reviews, this company should be investigated for bait and switch and false advertising at the very least!

      Dear Ms. ******************** review the CoStar License Agreement together with the applicable Terms and Conditions, the CoStar License Agreement Terms and Conditions (available at CoStar - License Agreement Terms and Conditions ****************, which governs your use of our services.

      Per Section 1,  an Authorized User is defined as follows:
      Authorized User: (a) If Licensee is an individual, Authorized User shall mean Licensee, otherwise (b) Authorized User shall mean each individual who is (1) Licensees employee or exclusive contractor (i.e. an individual person working as an independent contractor solely for Licensee and not also for themself or another company with real estate or lodging industry information needs, and performing substantially the same services for Licensee as an employee of Licensee), (2) associated with the site(s) specifically identified in the License Agreement, and (3) included on *********************** list of Authorized Users and associated sites for the CoStar Product. The number of Authorized Users shall not exceed the number of users set forth in the License Agreement.

      Further, Section 2(b) provides, in pertinent part, that all individuals that benefit from the CoStar Product at each licensed site, which for the avoidance of doubt includes, without limitation, any broker, agent, researcher,analyst, appraiser, surveyor, valuer, investment professional (including those making/assisting with investment or lending decisions), advisor, underwriter,asset manager, sales or other similar personnel (including, but not limited to,managers or directors managing such personnel) must be an Authorized User regardless of how much they actually use the CoStar Product and Licensee agrees to notify CoStar if the number of such individuals at a site exceeds the number of Authorized Users set forth in this Agreement.

      In review of your account and your License Agreement, there was only one Authorized User, ******* *****. Additionally, our records indicate that this information was relayed to you and all communications were conducted in a professional manner.

      My experience with CoStar felt extremely deceptive. The "Account Executive" that baited me into a $6,200+ annual subscription described a treasure trove of lease comp market data which turned out to be virtually non-existent for my submarket. They also promised cross-platform access to LoopNet's listing service, which turned into their (ultra-tacky) opportunity to upsell me on a four-figure annual Loopnet subscription. When I pushed-back on these egregious misrepresentations and deceitful business practices, my CoStar Account Executive essentially disappeared like a ghost. Word is that he departed CoStar for good shortly thereafter and is now working as a plumber. All of this deception didn't stop CoStar from dipping into their termination clause language, a link to which was buried within the ultra-fine print of my subscription agreement, then auto-renewing me for Year 2 at a new annual rate of $6,500+. The timing of their invoice's artfully-crafted arrival fell just beyond the closing of my cancellation window.

      In my mind, the clear reason behind CoStar's intractable requirement of an annual subscription is that most anyone allowed to test-drve their service by subscribing month-to-month would follow my former Account Executive into ghosthood in Month 2.

      I have emailed several times to have my information removed from the website listing my home address as discretion of my homes location is pertinent for a domestic violence situation.I was assured the contact information and my home were no longer listed on the site, wrongly.I attempted to correct this issue several times but still, there have been no actual efforts by the company to correct.They do not adhere to any of their privacy policies it seems and have several screenshots of their wrongdoing and as it seems I have grown quite tired of it, I'm happy to say I am moving forward with legal recourse at this time.

      Scam and fraudulent activity. I signed a contract at $119 silver package and it was okay till about 3 months ago when my representative left the company And now they started charging me $250 per month . I am not paying more than I agreed $119/Month silver package.I called several times but the representative ( ****** ) do not answer email or the phone since last three months. I called his manager ***** **** and he does not answer the phone either.Please make sure they charge you what ever package you took out from them and not a single ***** more.

      Apartments.com deliberately and needlessly blocked my review of Park Tower Apartments in Madison, WI, regarding cited housing, public health and fire code violations.
      This is a violation of the FTC CRFA, and it endangers current and future residents.

      Beware of signing up for a CoStar subscription, they do not have any trial and no clause to break the contract.The data in their database is outdated and junk, they would not refund or let you break the contract. They scam upwards of $5000+ through these 12-month binding subscriptions.

      Spam for $100 **** Gift caed & no Unsubscribe link. I've ever had anything to do with this company, though I was searching for a place at one time.
