This repair man Ray asked to send me the model of fridge that he was supposed to inspect for a warranty company. Apparently he sent the his first report to the warranty company before even seeing the fridge. When I called him, he said he will come Saturday July 21 to inspect. He did not even spend enough time troubleshoot the issue. Instead he was asking question with spending looking into the issue. In his visit he confirmed that the issue is sealed system issue, which another repair man confirmed before his visit. When he left, he did not send the report to me or to warranty man. After pressing him to send the report, he did send a report on July 27 at 3pm stating the issue is related to maintenance issue so he can get paid the warranty company. I don a report from another repair man which he confirmed that the fridge is almost new and the issue only related to sealed system issue. He did lay in his report so he can get paid by the warranty company for his visit. As a result of this lie, the warranty company denied my claim after 4 weeks of waiting causing hardship for the entire family. I contacted my legal team and asked to file a complaint first on BBB requesting that I get paid for damages he did and requesting replacement for fridge. I will take legal steps if he did not comply.Business response

You must have the wrong email address. This email belongs to a neighborhood watch group in southeast DC. We have nothing to do with appliances or the repair thereof. Thank you.Initial Complaint

AAA Home Solutions started working on my refrigerator on 6/20/2021 due to leaking of the unit. Technician reported said date to diagnose. While the technician moved the unit to have better access, he produced some scratches on our brand new floors. The technician left that day telling me he needed to order some parts and that he would take care of the scratches upon return. Technician returned on 7/5/2021 and while changing the parts he initially thought were needed, he found out other parts needed to be changed as well. He left that day telling us that new parts were going to be ordered together with door sealant and never came back. When I reach out to them, I do never get an answer. I have tried several times and no luck. I have also reached out to ****** Home Warranty since they are the ones that hired this third party because my contract is with ****** Home Warranty. Not only that I'm left with unit still malfunctioning (after paying for the service) but also with floor scratches
