On July 29th of 2021 I donated a 2008 ****** **** ********* in excellent condition, with less than 1700 miles, to NCS. A tow truck showed up and took the motorcycle away. I have pictures of the motorcycle being driven onto the car carrier. Since that time NCS has refused to provide a charitable vehicle donation receipt. They've given several reasons for the delay, but now, 7 months later, I still have no receipt.Business response

We have been working with the customer on some issues related to the titling paperwork for the donated vehicle. We have been in touch with the customer and as of last week we agreed a resolution to get the paperwork worked out. We will stay in touch with the customer.Customer response
