            • We accept all debit and credit cards (5% processing fee). If paying in cash no fee or tax added. Absolutely no checks.
            Refund and Exchange Policy
            • Our company's deposit policy and cancellation notice requirements. A $100 deposit is taken via credit/debit card upon reservation. That deposit is nonrefundable should the customer cancel the job at any time. There is no grace period. The $100 deposit is deducted from the two hour minimum and balance beyond the two hour minimum is due at completion of the job by credit or debit card and one time reschedule in next 30 days (provided that you notify the company at least 3 business days in advance). If your new moving date doesn't fit the moving company schedule, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is not a separate fee and will go toward the final cost of the move.
