The attention to detail in everything Michael (director) and Kevin D**** (owner) did was astonishing. This was my first death of a loved one in this country and I knew nothing and was led beautifully through the process, from the time of the deceased to after the burial. How kind these folks were, and the implementation of all went without a hitch. I wish more service oriented establishments were this kind, capable, and task oriented. Every time I called D****s, Michael (director) was there to answer my questions, always compassionate, as I was grieving, always ready to go the extra mile. For anyone to give D****'s a rating less than 5 is nuts. (Every business has their protocols,-- remember they are the professionals and these protocols work or else the biz would not have flourished)-- but sadly, there are always some clients who try to take advantage of a situation and demand their selfish way, whining when they don't get it. Let me say that as a business model, and as character training for public service, take a lesson from D****. They have been around for generations and now you know why.

We used Devol for both of my parents who passed very close to one another. Both experiences were so seamless. From the time we made the phone call to the time we received their ashes I never had to follow up on anything. They just got the job done.

We used DeVol Funeral Home for both of my in-laws. In both cases the staff went out of their way to treat us with patience, grace and compassion. We are forever grateful to Kevin and his whole team for helping us during difficult days and would recommend them to everyone
