      I wrote a letter to Klebe to explain the situation of my furnace leaking fuel oil after they needed to restart the furnace after they let me run out of fuel after several telephone attempts asking them to please deliver fuel oil. Their reason for letting me run out was so they could blackmail me for their service. When the truck came to deliver the fuel oil on Saturday after running out the night before I was told I had to prepay for the oil before they would pump any oil into the tank. This happened during this pandemic so money was tight and the reason I had to wait to call on Saturday morning was my phone had been shut off and I was using my neighbor's phone at the time. When I called and told them I was completely out of oil, the receptionist told me, "we'll get there when we get there." After the furnace was restarted, the furnace has been leaking oil. I finally told the owner about it, he avoided my many calls, and he told me that it wasn't their fault and he would only service the problem if I prepaid a service call. Please call me with your resolution because I don't have internet at home.

      Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this complaint. This is how we see this issue: Mr. ******'s parents were a credit approved customer. Unbeknownst to us, they had passed. However, Mr. ******* ****** continued to use their account and credit terms to order oil. After not receiving payment, the account was placed on C.O.D. It was 10 months before we received any payment on account. We were very lenient with Mr. ****** and helped him getting state energy assistance. The Saturday he is referring to was 1/30/2021 and we made a delivery that same day and restarted his furnace. Since that delivery,  we delivered 3 more times - February, March and April of 2021. He claims in October of 2021 to have a service issue from the 1/30/2021 restart. 10 months since we touched his unit and 4 years since he has had any service on his unit. We feel that we have gone above and beyond with Mr. ******* ****** and no longer want to do business with him.
