      I have been going to Westbrook Honda since 2017. Since 2017 I have brought my car to them for oil changes and routine care. Starting in 2019 when I brought my car for a regular oil change I was told I needed to also replace, Tires, Brakes, Rotors and Calipers. As I had never done them before I agreed to do so. Since that day I have brought my car there every 6 months for oil changes with them stating I have needed to replace all of those things every single time. I am now at a Total of $7,011.82 just to Westbrook Honda alone. When speaking to the "Service Manager" 2 visits ago he had no answers as to why it kept happening. Not to mention 2 of the times I brought my car there I waited over an hour and a half for an oil change, I've gone up to the service counter to have them check on the status and then be told "They forgot about me, the services will be covered today". Not acceptable when you take time off of work to sit in a dealership for a single oil change for over an hour and a half. When stopping in on 03/20/24 due to my car shaking yet again that I had just had fixed on 02/03/2024, I requested to speak to the service manager and was told he was not in today. I left my name and number with the service department for a call from said Manager. I am very unpleased with this business and believe they have never once fixed my car. I want my money back for all of the work they "Say they have done" to actually get my car fixed elsewhere.

      On July 21,2022, I scheduled an oil change with Westbrook Honda as I have for several years.On Monday July 25th at 3:00 PM I was unable to go so my son brought the car for the oil change. While my son was there he was asked if there were any other services he wanted done. My son stated to the service advisor, Aldo L***, that he checked with me and I stated nothing other than the oil change was to be done. The service advisor continued to ask my son about additional services which were declined. At some point the Mr L*** indicated to my son that he needed to put fluid in the car. My son understood this to mean the oil needed to be put in the car for the oil change. When checking out, after 3 hours, my son was presented with a bill for $476.09. As he was completely confused about this amount and needing to get to an appointment, he gave my debit card, which was only authorized for the approximately $65. oil change. I called the business the next morning and was hung up on at first, then spoke with Efrin, who told me he didn't have the bill and was not sure what I was charged for. He also stated that there were "no supervisors" there at that time. As I pressed the issue to speak with someone else, I was told that only the Sales manager was there. I was not transferred to the sales manager, but to the service advisor, Aldo L***. Mr L*** indicated that the mechanic inspected the fluids and found problems which needed to be addressed. As I stated that I had only contracted with them for an oil change and my son had no authority to approve anything more to be done, I expected a refund. My son told them to check anything more with me and they had my phone number if they wanted to ask me about any other services. The car, debit card and appointment were all in my name. Also, one of the services they performed, transmission service, had recently been done by a transmission shop. I was told to expect a call back from a manager, John, which has not happened as of today.

      After reviewing the complaint and speaking to the advisor, I contacted ***** ****** and offered an apology and a refund of the services for the day.
